Hi I weigh 10 st 9lbs and want to get to below 10st. Just going to be watching what I eat, walking the dog, couple of gym sessions and cutting down on the wine.

Anybody want to join me Smile

Bit of caramelised onion cheese and multi grain crackers, a few crisps and a square of dark chocolate. Which is pretty good for me.

Change, I think you are going well even if you don't feel it. Just being aware of what you are doing is a great step. I just wanted to say welcome to those recently joining and well done to those losing. I got on the scales today and was 77.7kg even though it's not weigh in day for me. I'm aiming( going to do my best ) to stay in the 77 kg range for Monday weigh in. I reckon it's been at least 25 years since I was this weight before. I'm conscious of not losing too much weight as then you can look a bit gaunt but will be ecstatic if I get to 70kg as this will give me a couple of kg as a buffer.

I again ate poorly today. No breakfast. 3 bananas until 1pm when I had about six dry crackers, 2 coffees and 1litre water. Dinner was our lazy night tonight so we had home made sausage rolls. I use top quality mince from a butcher I trust and had 5 small ones. Just had another 600ml water and two small squares of Lindt dark chocolate. I need to eat more regularly and have a decent meal rather than snacks.

I might spend the next 10 minutes planning tomorrow's meals otherwise they will be snacks at the wrong times.

I need to do more walking this weekend to ensure I stay in the 77kg range. Good luck all. I wish I could post some of the wonderful things you are all eating.

trikken · 14/08/2014 14:37

I agree, change you are doing well.

twobambinos · 14/08/2014 17:02

Well done trikken that's a great loss keep up the good work.
are u doing hula on the wii or in real life? I have both i could use. I buy alot of dust collecters :)

chocolate wombat great to hear ur story in same height as u and my goal is 8st 7. Do u mind me asking what size would i be then? I know it can vary but approx :) do u find a big diff between 9 st and 8 and a half in size wise? I was down to 8.13.5 before my holiday but i really feel the 10lbs i need to lose now is pure flabby fat the junk food literally just attached. I do a fair bit of exercise so i should not feel like this i know its my diet that has done it. Well myself really no one forced me to eat :)

mojito well done fingers crossed for Monday keep up the good work for the weekend.

change you are doing well keep it up.

iscreamforicecream sorry for the unhelpful advice earlier. Ur going in the right direction tbo so must b doing something right

trikken · 14/08/2014 17:11

I used to do the wii one and will if the kids have it on but I have an actual hoop now which I try to use every day.

changeeverything · 14/08/2014 18:47

Thanks for the kind words, weight loss pals, I needed the motivation again x

Scared to go near scales today, I was down to 10st 5.5...think my carb fest has piled back on a couple of lbs. I feel so bloated and yucky :(

Back to gym in the morning so that will help, no slacking cos it's a PT session!

Well done, everyone. I love reading all your posts, you are all great :) x

Trickken. Is the hula hoop helping your tummy and firming it up.

changeeverything · 14/08/2014 23:06

Im thinking of doing a few juicing/soup days to get focused again. Don't normally go down the extreme route but desperate times require desperate measures!!

I got letter from solicitor a couple of days ago to let me know the court hearing for my divorce is next week. I'm in such a better place now since where I was when 'd'h walked out on us but I've been comfort eating the last few days. I really don't want to fall back into that pattern to help me cope with this last bit of the process!

So Im going to try very hard tomorrow to get back into the zone! I know that a few days of healthy food will get me back into a positive mindset and feel better about myself. Just feeling bit sorry for myself this week :(

Anyhoo...tomorrow is a bright, new day. Will find my resove again and get back on track with you all :)

Its helped it tone and not look rounded like a bump, im pretty much flat now whereas I looked pregnant before. But it doesn't do much for that pouchy skin that bit is still quite loose but it is thinner. Basically it doesnt get rid of the extra skin.

lunar1 · 15/08/2014 08:06

Change, hope you get back in the zone today, if you can do this now at such a stressful time you can do anything!

I've been having a pretty good week, I think my body has got used to less food. I'm not really finding myself hungry between meals now and I'm able to resist temptation much better than before.

changeeverything · 15/08/2014 09:27

Well done, lunar, you are doing brilliantly. Trikken, im impressed with your hula hooping, its fantastic for whittling your waist.

I'm off to gym soon. Very busy day so hopefully won't have time to eat any rubbish! Im back on plan :)

Thank you. Yes it has definitely helped my waist my dsis's can't believe how small my waist is now. Ive always thought I had a good waist but hula hooping has pulled me in much more.

trikken · 15/08/2014 10:26

Had my friends over last night and was really restrained as they brought junk food with them. All I had was a rowntrees fruit pastille lolly which is only 68 cal per lolly.

changeeverything · 15/08/2014 14:32

Well done trikken, that is brilliant will power!

ive been to the gym for a very challenging 45 min PT session so feeling good.
It was 3 min rowing machine warmup
3 × 20 reps - sideways walking plank into push up
3 x12 reps - 11kg sandbag overhead slams
3× 10reps - 15kg shoulder press
3 x 20 reps - spiderman plank

3x16 reps leg press machine 120kg
3x20 reps walking lunges with 10kg barbell
3x30 jumping squats

back to the gym tomorrow for some more :)

Thats good going change. I couldn't do that. You will be skinny as anything in no time!

Mojito100 · 16/08/2014 15:53

Great work change. The stress of court is horrible especially when it is divorce related. D

Mojito100 · 16/08/2014 15:57

Oops. Posted to quick. Don't beat yourself up if you have a lapse the pressure is so huge at a time like this. You get south out if your exercise do the best you can to have that outlet.

Trickken, great willpower. I've been good so far. Not great but not really bad. I'm baking again tomorrow as have a young cousins birthday at my house and I want him to feel special. I'll do my best to stay on track I'll have vegetable sticks with dip near me and keep all the cakes and junk at the other end of the table.

lunar1 · 17/08/2014 08:22

Not the best day yesterday, I had fish chips and peas for my tea. I had the small portion they do and didn't eat all the chips but am feeling bloated this morning. I will have to have a good day today before weigh in tomorrow. Hope everyone is having a good weekend.

lunar1 · 18/08/2014 07:38

16 st exactly this morning meaning I lost 3 again this week. Im 6lbs into my (current) target. Super motivated for the week now as I'm looking forward to the scales saying 15 something this time next week.

MrsDesperado · 18/08/2014 07:53

That's brilliant lunar good start to the week!

I've stayed the same this week. I've bloody run 19 miles AND been to metafit too! Food wise I've been good - but - I had an absolutely mahoosive 3 course dinner out on Saturday night with wine and gin and I've not been to the toilet since. I'm on my period so let's pretend that's why I've not lost anything this week Hmm

Good luck with the weigh ins everyone - come and motivate me with your awesome losses! Grin

lunar1 · 18/08/2014 08:06

MrsD staying the same on period week is an achievement all on its own! I week to retain loads of water that week no matter how much I drink.

MrsDesperado · 18/08/2014 09:37

Haha thanks lunar, yeah you're probably right, as soon as I woke up this morning I knew before stepping on the scales that it wouldn't be down, I feel so, so bloated and full.

twobambinos · 18/08/2014 11:13

Well done lunar 3lbs is a brilliant loss.

not to worry mrsdesperado u will have a loss next week to make up for it. 19 miles wow that is impressive.

in the last week i ran 16km, 10km on the bike, 2 long walks about 6km each, and one Pilates class. This morning i have had a bacon sambo tea and two boost bars damn it. Weigh in wed.

lunar1 · 18/08/2014 13:38

Oooh, what I wouldn't give for two boost bars right now.
