O advice but it sounds hard hair. It's not you though it's him, he's 5 and they're famous for their tantrums! (Not wanting to downplay it just emphasise it IS NOT UOUR PARENTING)

I really couldn't be bothered to shred again. Was making all my excuses, tired, hunry, sports bra just come out of wash. Then I thought about telling you lot and that motivated me to get it done :o

Thanks you too.

Well done for shredding Stealth. We're here to help! Grin

TheOneWithTheHair · 18/07/2014 20:56

Haven't even had any wine yet!

Reastie · 18/07/2014 21:14

IMST just seen your article - human dynamo eh?! Fab piece btw

Hair will have a alook at your thread now...

StealthPolarBear · 18/07/2014 21:14

That's where you're going wrong. My typing and general grasp of the English language improves no end after a few glasses of wine

Hair how's things this morning?

Can I have some snack ideas please ladies? I'm stuck in a rut and fed up with my limited diet and I'm reaching for chocolate too much. Usually I have yoghurt, nuts, dried fruit, oatcakes, fruit/veg, seeds, rice cakes, peanut butter for snacks. What other things are good which are vegetarian, gluten free, no beans or pulses?

StealthPolarBear · 19/07/2014 10:51

Hmm will give that some thought, nothing comes to mind
L3 shred done. Am hoping my resolve doesn't slip today

And I'm back!

This is what the thread should be! well done you all sound so motivated and the pictures look yummy!

Grandad is much better now thank you. Still got some mammoth bruises down one side but no broken bones. He fell down his stairs and couldn't get up til his neighbour found him 3 hours later. He has a panic button due to heart problems but has always been too proud to wear it so was just stuck there. Makes my heart hurt thinking about it. I've given him a bollocking and he's had his button on the inside of his pocket all week so no one sees it but it's there.

My week hasn't been the best as I haven't been at home to call the shots. My car died on me yesterday and will be going to the scrap heap so at least I'll have no excuse about riding my bike everywhere now!

Bit of a shit week really! Glad to be home again and sleeping in my own bed tonight! Grin

TheOneWithTheHair · 19/07/2014 12:00

Glad your grandad is ok and sorry you've had such a crap week Toe. Hopefully it will be better now.

Reastie, I'm feeling better today thanks.

Are you on Pinterest? There should be loads of snack ideas on there and also meal ideas. If you type in your requirements it should show you loads.

ToeFluff · 19/07/2014 14:40

Thank you.

You've all been doing so well! Think the pic thing helps, certainly makes me want to make something nice enough to post! ... I have a sitter tonight though which is like gold dust so will enjoy myself and not restrict anything.

I managed a few days on the no slip up challenge, but it was hard as didn't want to be picky or a pita guest. Going to get tonight out the way and try again starting tomorrow, it felt good having something there stopping me caving.

Can I also just say I really like your 2nd smallest bowl Reastie Grin

Reastie · 19/07/2014 18:07

Thanks for the pinterest tip hair, thinking of making apple and pear crisps and loads of lovely looking things on there.

Toe this week WILL be better, I know it. Thanks on the bowl appreciation Grin

Did a legs workout today and finally bit the bullet and ordered a chin up bar so I can actually do all the exercises in my P90X workouts or at least attempt them. Tomorrow hoping for cool but dry weather all day so I can finish my outdoor painting task.

StealthPolarBear · 19/07/2014 18:59

Glad to hear it toe :)
Level 1 of shred done. Off for a shower and then salad in front of tv

Your self-control is an inspiration Stealth. I wouldn't trust myself on my own for a weekend!

StealthPolarBear · 19/07/2014 19:57

At the moment it is! I think I've been body snatched

When I get my own body back I'd like for it to have a flat tummy please

Reastie · 19/07/2014 20:54

Grin stealth

TheOneWithTheHair · 20/07/2014 11:33

Grin Stealth, can I have a smaller bum, if we're ordering body parts?

Fab party last night but I'm going to have to really watch myself for the next few days. I dread to think how many calories I consumed in liquid form last night.

Reastie, a chin up bar?! Shock

StealthPolarBear · 20/07/2014 15:54

Well the smallest bum is mine, obviously but ill put you down for the second smallest. Bit like the cereal bowls :)

OP posts:
Reastie · 20/07/2014 16:39

so I guess that makes my bum a large or extra large, if we're going by cereal bowls Wink

Did a kickboxing type workout today and spent all day painting shed/back doors and windows, that burns calories, right? It's now looking like rain, please don't let my hard work get ruined Confused

hair glad you enjoyed the party, piccie of the ensemble please. And remember, it's not bad having a night off for a party, it's only bad if you don't get back on it and get motivated.

TheOneWithTheHair · 20/07/2014 17:21

You can't bagsy all the best body parts! You already got the flat tummy. (Although I will settle for the second smallest bum really).

I didn't get any pics sorry.

StealthPolarBear · 20/07/2014 17:27

I seriously need to get that laminated. I never regret a day or night off the diet. I need one now tbh. Food is pleasurable and eating out with friends or family is enjoyable. But I hate the feelings of guilt and slipping back into bad habits. Same goes for the scales - one day off rarely registers, it's the week after that does the damage. I'm really going to try to remember that.

I woke up to a cider and chippy hangover. Sorted it our with kettlercise then spin.

Was used as an example for my deep squats I don't want a tiny arse, I want a shelf!

StealthPolarBear · 21/07/2014 07:01

Maintain :( not feeling very motivated although it is lovely and sunny

OP posts:
Reastie · 21/07/2014 08:09

Maintain is GOOD stealth it's all I ever do ...

Weigh in today and I'm 2 lbs on from last week at 147, but still within my 'normal' so it's OK. Would be nice if I actually lost some weight though! On the plus side, despite not having lost any weight since christmas (well, maybe one or two lbs) I still get some comments about looking like I've lost more weight, so maybe I'm building muscle or something I'm kidding myself to make myself feel better as my fat analyser scales say I'm the same amount of muscle but I tell myself it's wrong [deluded]
