Was thinking earlier about my portion sizes, so below is a transition of reducing my breakfast cereal through portion size of bowl. I started out with the extra large bowl, and now use the smallest one (or the slightly bigger one if I'm really hungry). I always fill my bowl so I need to feel like I'm getting a bowlful!

Stealth enjoy the week end to yourself

eighty sounds like a good work trip bar the lack of running.

Did a plyo workout today and lots of walking, but just ate chocolate Confused I've earned it

Toe fluff how is your grandad now?
I hate the thought of camping and conversely I love the thought of two whole night and days to just please myself :o

Grin Stealth. My thoughts exactly!

Hope your grandad feels better soon Toe.

Good idea with the bowl reducing Reastie, it's one for dh to try.

I've had a lovely day. I went to Chester with my mum and dd. We walked all around the wall and had I tasty lunch overlooking the river. I had fish cakes and no pudding but I did have a glass of wine. It was just so relaxing, sitting in a beautiful garden in a restaurant with the sun shining, after a good walk. :)

TheOneWithTheHair · 18/07/2014 16:13

I hope everyone's ready for the weekend.

I'm going to a party tomorrow night and it's Great Gatsby themed. At least it will be classy. Last time I had to go as a 1980s children's tv character. Dh and I went as He-man and She-Ra! It was hysterical. Grin.

What are you all up to? Will you be good?

Toe, how's your grandad?

KatoPotato · 18/07/2014 16:25

Right, we NEED a photo of He-man and She-Ra!

Cinema tonight, so popcorn essential, and last minute free ticket to Derren Brown tomorrow night!

StealthPolarBear · 18/07/2014 16:29

I'm full of good intentions. On my own this weekend so going to shred twice today and tomorrow and eat the salad I will make tonight.
That's the plan anyway...
Enjoy the party and derren brown, I'd love to see one of his shows

StealthPolarBear · 18/07/2014 16:36

Funnily enough I'm not keen on having my picture taken!

Well done on the scales. Stick a post-it on the fridge, snack cupboard, dangerzone for this weekend. It will help.

Stealth woop re: weight reading

This week end I was planning on finishing some DIY I started during the week in the garden, but weather doesn't look promising, so not sure. However, workouts will DEFINITELY be involved. Got a massage tonight, bliss.

TheOneWithTheHair · 18/07/2014 18:28
