Is 1554 what your body needs to get through the day or what your diet level should be? Hope it's the latter Grin

I'm down but only to 12 9 so quite disappointed but won't let it scupper me this weekend...

10.12.5 (or 10.9.5 depending where the scales are Hmm). Feels more like the former tbh.

150 crunches/cycle sits, 50 bum raises, 25 press ups, 50 chest flies and 1 min 10 plank.

Arms are definitely looking better Smile

Well done on the 10k steps Fjorn and getting back into the 5:2. Remember 7 weeks till holiday time....keep focus. Have a Bike as inspiration Grin

Keep us posted on the mot LOTI - hope it was useful.

Off to work and determined at the mo to keep my resolve. I expect the catered lunch will be sandwiches etc so it really is up to me how much I trough Blush

2 hard boiled eggs so far trying to keep up the higher protein lower carb we shall see how I fare Grin

Exercise done tho suppose to be a rest day need to keep momentum going! I seriously need to do some cardio all my jeans are feeling uncomfortably tight!

Continued with the low carb eating yesterday but did have Wine so guess that discounted all my good food Blush

Oh to the joy of food shopping to try and find some more inspiring foods, boiled eggs are already a tad boringGrin

Timed my exercises this morning and they were 15 minutes which is not too bad for every day bar Sunday I reckon. Definitely feeling less wobbly so will try to keep at it.

Nice walking there LOTI. I'm trying to stay off my leg as it does ache when I walk a lot. Hoping to do cycle and swim tomorrow but have to go in to work in the afternoon and haven't prepared for it yet

DrG not putting any backon is a massive start,onwards and downwards for you!

Weekend pretty good, which you might not have thought due to my awol-ness Blush but just can't get DD off the computer... did drink loads of gin but no wine and no wheat despite a trip to local stately home with friends and kids which included a bag full of cakey treats

Up 3 but hoping to have weed most of that out today. Been fasting, slightly undone by wasabi almonds from Lidl, but they are low carb so hoping that'll be OK Grin

Exercises done and weight 10.10-11.0 but much more frequently at 11.0 this time which is a pisser as I had secretly been hoping the lower one was more accurate. Will try and weigh at the gym today but will be after breakfast so not really comparable.

Decided to go to gym for a swim, get haircut and home for an hour or so to finish prep for work. Failsafe plan eh?

Plan sounds good sazz and I would weigh at gym just to see which was is swinging more accurately but u do need new scales!!!!!

Done my exercise this am (15 too sazzGrin)

Tummy still very bloated but maybe a tad less I hope! Still very much on the low carb, two more days and then will review Smile

Good job I didn't stuff my face with fresh bread and marmalade after being pissed off this morning.

1 mile swim and haircut (so a few more oz off there Wink)

I might try and only weigh weekly at the gym now rather than replace scales although unlikely

Well done on your great loss Fjorn. LOL about starting on Easter though. I'll check back later to see where I was at then (albeit prob already on dodgy scales)

Tummy v v v slightly less bloated today didn't have any eggs yesterday so wondering if they are causing the issues?! My tummy looks 6 months pregnant which is not ideal when the sun is shinning and your skirts don't fit!!!
