LOTI did you see the 'anti 30 day abs challenge' which was on FB? It was saying if you have a certain tight muscles in your hips then it can make your tummy 'protrude'. Might be worth looking it out to see if it applies to you?

Catered lunch today but I had 4 quarter sandwiches and a satsuma. Swerved the sausages, pork pie , quiche and crisps so will count that as a small victory Grin

Out for a few bevvies tonight but I need it after this week!

Well as you saw on fb I am in IBS hell! So much for healthy eating!!

Did manage to take the dds swimming first time in months so had a good old splash and play with quite a few races in between Smile

Well after a week of low carb it's definitely not good for my body!!!Grin

Exercises done this am and a mile walk

Followed by school run (2 miles)

And this afternoon I finally made it to the gym for the 1st in about 10 months!!! 30 mins on stepper, 15 mins strength training and 5 on power plate SmileSmileSmileSmile

Tummy still not happy thoHmm

Excellent news Fjorn. I have had a poor day tbh. Sports day picnic and now on the wine.

Started with a 20k cycle but more than made up for that lol

What's your food plan LOTI? I think a dietician would be a great next step especially if you do have IBS.

At the gym for 7 this am Shock did 35 mins interval training in treadmill followed by kettlebell squats and my squats/abs challenge. Got back home before anyone was up result! Grin

Oh sazz no idea what I can eat. No nos are celery/peppers green beans and eggs so far!

Yes small amounts of cheese tuna hommous breadsticks cooked apples!

So any ideas would be great! My body seems to thrive on rubbish lol

Wow LOTI, my lot are always up at 6! Good show re the gym on a Saturday morning though Smile

Exercises done this morning after 2 days off, so have hopefully kick started that routine.

LOTI what about berry fruits, cherries, melon? Yoghurt, although I seem to remember you are not keen. Sweet corn is always a good one to measure how fast things are moving through Grin

Was there at 7 again this am 35 mins on cross trainer god it was hard. Did my abs and squats and some token arm weights Wink

Got back to be told we have been awake for ages but were playing on the iPads so not that bothered! I did tell if the woke up to just play quietly til I came back

Have to take them swimming in a bit and weather not looking nice enough for the outdoor pool which mean the kids pool

sigh. Really am not very good at this will power thing. Have three tins of mackerel in the cupboard and will take them to work for lunch.

Exercises done yesterday and today plus 25k bike and 10mins powerplate.

Not managed a fast day yet this week so still 10.8 on the gym scales. Happy with that Smile

Oh and I'm not adding extra reps to the daily exercise as I don't want it to become too long and then not do it due to time restrictions. I'm thinking 15 mins is better than none!

Hi guys, so sorry I've been absent again, just been really busy, and not allowing myself on mn at work really eats into my posting time Wink

Not been stuffing myself though and managed a low but better than up -1 this week. Holidays getting nearer though and my clothes still all too tight !

I really can't do it on my own, think this week has been a fluke! Actually though the wheat-free diet is massively helping because there is so much less snacking opportunity. Miss you guys! Will try very hard to post every day this week and see if you can help me lose a few few more lbs :)
