Um 12.5 this week. Was 12.6 in fact last as I did the metric conversion wrong ...

Not very good with food, but not terrible. Will try harder next week, and at least still down.

In my defence have had really bad tummy issues so I am blaming that for the no exercise/rubbish eating!

Also since it is half term maybe all bets should be off til 2nd June?!

I am doing the 30 day tummy challenge which is a link on fb if there are any takers?!

12.4 today on my parents' scales (in the right direction) and off to the beach with the kids, my mum and 86 year old dad later. We are thinking of hiring a beach hut.

Oh I eat rubbish. Yesterday I ate a whole packet of supermarket cookies. Argh.

I have discovered Marks and Spencer chilli lentil curls (we now have an M&S at work) at 90 calories a packet. They are OK. But still I find myself eating chocolate and cookies.

Well done DrG and LOTI for keeping returning to here. We WILL kick each others butts!

Sorry for the absence, had my MRI results back and I have a stress fracture and have to rest for 5-6 weeks. So, I need to rethink how I stop myself from piling weight on without the normal exercise regime.

I swam last Thursday but nothing since then so I'm sure I'm up further.

Trying to fast today as my eating usually spirals once I start so figured I wouldn't start till later Grin

Did some abs stuff this morning and will go out and print off the challenge to do with LOTI - can't do the squats one though. Did 100 sit ups, 1 min plank and 50 bum raises (lacking proper term lol) so it's a start.

8 weeks till holiday

Fasted yesterday so saving steak for dinner tonight.

Still 11.3 this morning which is pants but at least not more I suppose. Really trying to stay focussed this week although harder as have poorly DC at home.

100 sit ups, 1 min plank, 50 bum raises. - LOTI do you have a copy of the ab challenge workout? I tried to look at it via events on FB and couldn't find it.

Have booked in for a health mot on Thursday so that may spur me on to get back to it after!

I'm supposed to be having a medical at work, but given I can't do anything on my leg i'll postpone for now......

Half term not too bad so only up 6 to 12 12, no worse than a normal weekend Grin and determined to not eat any wheat in June, also to continue my 10k steps per day. It's nothing like as hardcore as your guys abs etc but is really making me do something - have been out for 40 minute walk tonight Smile in fact have only not managed it one day so far and that was just because I was drinking wine at my friend's house...

Sazz that is shit news about your leg Sad how on earth did you manage to do it???? You will have to do lots of hopping lol Wink

Loti good luck with your MOT, I'm sure they'll just tell you that you're gorgeous and stop worrying Grin

Done my squats and abs although today is officially a rest day I need all the help I can get Wink

Tomorrow mot will I hope tell me how many cals I should be eating, hopefully sort out my tummy issues and get me back on track so I can be a lean mean fighting machine not a grumpy exhausted moody bloated being SmileSmileSmileSmile

11.0 this morning (although scales alternated between 10.10 and 11 Confused. Going with heavier one given past weigh ins.

150 crunches/sit-ups, 65 bum raises, 1 min plank, 25 press ups, 50 chest flies Grin

Off to work wearing the tightest clothes I can which don't look like they are too small. A challenge!!!

Let us know how the mot goes and if they can give you some excellent advice. Why no coffee if you are fasting though? Does it need to be a proper fast for the mot rather than a self imposed 5:2 fast?

Ok so far today and swerved the leftover sandwiches at work - that was hard!

Tried on the dress which was really uncomfortable a couple of weeks ago and it is now just snug. Before Xmas it was nice and roomy so some progress still to make.

Have a catered lunch tomorrow and party on Saturday so need to try and keep focus. Prior experience shows this may be unlikely Blush

Good work all, must admit i am lolling at the thought of you in your tight clothes to keep you focussed Sazz Grin sadly I am wearing tight clothes because I have got too fat for them all...

Am down a bit but not really enough to undo half term despite two fast days and the rest of the time pretty damn restrained. Friday tomorrow and having burger and chips for tea but no bread bun and no wine although there will be mucho gin... got to have a goodish weekend to really see some loss next week. Need to up the exercise too as 10k steps not cutting it. I have hand weights, need to bloody use them!!!

Loti how did you get on at your MOT?

Day 5 of squats and abs done. Severely lacking in the old cardio tho!

I definitely need to rejoin my gym my fitness has gone way down, it's just trying to fit it in!

Mot was fine tho have very low blood pressure which causes me to feel a bit bleurgh every now and then!

My calorie intake should be 1511 a day so now I have a proper base going back to mfp and stick to that and see how I get on.. Have been eating waay more than that!

Well done on the fasting ladies, I really couldn't do it!

Hope weigh in are good, going to start mine from next week!

Only 8 weeks and 4 days to holly bobs eek!
