Me and pal powered walked to park, did a bit of working out on the exercise equipment followed by a very gentle jog around the jogging track. About 45 mins

Took dds to national trust so had a good walk around. Scales not friendly at all today so hoping the exercise will help to combat any worse news in the am

Scales not my friend this am arghhhh, shattered this am so just did 30 mins of sit ups/plank/leg lifts and girly push ups.

Need to get back to more protein and less carbs

OK am back before this drops off threads I'm on BlushBlushBlush

After 5 weeks of stuffing face (although was quite good Tues - Thurs last week...) am bloody 13 stone today and belly is MASSIVE. Not sure what is going to be different about today's line drawn in the sand but have to do something or will have to buy whole new set of fat clothes. Starting today with a fast day...

Hey Fjorny - doesn't sound like you have out on loads though??

Despite my increased exercise, food hasn't been great - too many bloody crisps when I have a Wine. Totally own fault.

Food ok today but talked myself out of shred Hmm. Good news is my plantar fasciitis and shin splints seem to have calmed down a bit Smile

Another half an hour of my exercises this am, did both school run yesterday and hoping the sane today weather/work permitting. Need to get some good cardio going on but too tired.. Blush

About the same as last week which is not great but I haven't exactly been good.

Half an hour of my exercises done think my tummy is toning a little but legs need attention!!!

Sorry i came back then disappeared straight away... Managing to keep to my New Year's resolution of not going on mn at work (was getting a bit out of hand Blush) so find it hard to post as am too busy eating when I'm at home Grin

Fast day was good, eating OK until Thursday, got 4lb off, but then went out after work for a joint birthday / leaving do, had 4 pints before tea, stuffed face with curry etc and was consequently back to 13 on Friday . Continued to stuff face all day yesterday. Still 13 today so that's good Grin

So, starting again and have eschewed the jammy doughnut in fridge in favour of yoghurt & fruit for brekker and going out for a stomp in the woods this afternoon.

Good to hear you guys are keeping up the exercise at least, am Shock and [impressed] at your 10k running Bingo! Am toying with the idea of getting a pedometer to at least force me to increase my walking. I really need to do something! Summer will be here any minute and I'm not ready for summer dresses...

Just did 20 minutes of exercise this am. Having my usual so tired I could cry Saturday Hmm have nephew (4) coming in a bit for a sleepover if I am that tired now ......

Hoping to do something exercise wise tomorrow to try and boost energy scales a disaster today but has not stopped the munching BlushBlushBlushBlush

5 mile power walk in the rain Shock I couldn't find jacket with a good and was reduced to wearing eldest dds one under my jacket, obv too short a tad on the small side but had a hood

My exercise and a 40 mins stomp however scales horrible due to excesses over the weekend.

Lol Loti if you are skinny enough to get E's coat on there's not much to worry about Grin I bet you looked a picture though!!! Boo for scales, I'd give it a couple of days before resportuing to cabbage soup though...

Fairly good weekend once Friday night out of the way, only up 1 more this morning. 13 1 which is still Shock Blush and Sad but think I've finally reached rock bottom. I am starting a new low-carb-lite trial, so just nothing with wheat in, and see how I get on. Also bought the pedometer so aiming for 10k steps per day

No soup as yet; just can't bring myself, but am trying to eat better meals and fewer snacks. I have a referral from the GP re my foot/shin/calf/knee to a specialist so if I can get that sorted I can hopefully up the exercise pain free.

Keep going ladies - summer is just round the corner Smile

Glad to hear you're resisting the lure of the cabbage soup bingo Grin fingers crossed you can get to the bottom of your leg / foot issues and get proper running again!

Fasted all day, let the side down a bit with cheese at teatime but not too bad. I have had a shitty day at work with too much to do and no one to help me, and it's such a good job I was fasting as one slivce of cake would have led to a massive binge... and only managed 8k steps today as went to work in the car, but instead of just giving up I went out for a walk after tea Shock [proud]. Small steps (arf) but hopefully on the path to thinnerness again.

That's bloody amazing Fjorn -5!!

Not weighed yet too scared as after my 10k run on fri the weekend went downhill with 2 takeaways -

1.5k run, 1hr circuits and 10 mins powerplate this morning. Food ok so far this week and better with proper meals and no fewer snacks

If I can exercise tomorrow that will be 3 this week which is what I am aiming for. Just need perseverance to actually do it.....

Humph. Weighed myself on the scales of the family we went to have lunch with just over a week ago and was 13 stone. Sigh.

Since then I have eaten salad for lunch on four days. Not sent DH to the shop for chocolate in the evening and not eaten a second piece of cake at work.

I am now hungry and do not have the chance to weigh myself again until I visit my parents at the end of May.

But everyone else sounds like they are doing really well, which is great - well done.

Weighed this morning and 10.13 so at least below 11. Will try to keep it downward (including over the bloody weekend!!)
