Third day in a roe up doing my little circuits Smile Can finally feel my tummy getting a little tighter (thank u planking) however back to grabbing food when I can as super busy working from home with dds to boot roll on next week for some normality!!!Smile

Well done for your circuits today sazz and like fjorny drink lots of water! I am sure you will be down a couple of pounds today Smile

Hi Butternut and welcome - lovely to see a new 'face' Smile

Our official weigh in is Friday but we often do other days too or miss weeks when it is the holidays

My 'story' is on page 1 so I won't repeat other than to say when Iost 4 stone in the course of a year it was with 1200 (net after exercise) calories a day religiously logged on FoodFocus and exercise 3 times a week.

I am just about a stone over my lowest (10st) so know exactly where you are coming from. Winter weather and kids school hols have not been kind so trying to get back in the zone and failing so happy for you to kick my sorry arse!

Crap weekend as usual. Been to IL's which meant I had to take to drink to survive. Chips helped too Wink

Good stomp walk with pal this am and some sit ups. Off to do school run in a mo and office bound.. Too much rubbish eaten tho so feeling bleurgh

Managed to do both school run walking yesterday

Up this am for brisk walk with pal and sit ups/plank. Not sure if it is making much difference but energy levels are definitely better!!!

Ha ha Butter, yes there was a certain amount of 'biting of tongue' and 'WTF????' exclamations behind their back! MIL took DD's to church so DH and I went for a short walk but got beaten back by torrential rain which was a shame.

No exercise yesterday and had a conference with too much picky food and then I rounded it off with a trip to the pub where I may have had some cheesy chips. oh dear Blush

Trying to get myself motivated to do some exercise today but stuck working at home at the mo and then need to go supermarket shopping so that may well not happen

I did talk to my neighbour about doing some early stomps and pilates so I must pick up with her and actually get something into a routine like you LOTI.

Turned up at pal house this am and all quiet Hmm debated turning around and going home but made myself walk. Hoping all this walking is doing some benefit!

Sazz I am struggling to get any proper exercise done unless I do it first thing in the morning. The day seems to just fly by and always too tired, cannot be bothered at night!

Walking is always good for you LOTI, if only for the fresh air and headspace it gives Smile. I need to take a leaf out of your book!

Late to the gym as had to drop car off at garage. Got to the gym and had to sort work calls so nearly didn't stay. However, pushed through and did 5k run and 10k bike plus 10 mins powerplate.

Butter - did you manage to kick off the Couch to 5k on Mon?

Walk and sit ups/plank done this am. Clocking up the miles this week Smile

However complete crap work day yesterday meant I had a Wine last night, I wanted more than one glass but stopped myself and watch the horrific programme on care last night Hmm it's my industry and was very sad to watch

Anyway onwards and downwards ladies Smile

I agree about the motivation of others going exercise inspires me Smile

And good stomp this am so have walked every am this week and done double school runs

Weight holding steady but confess to attacking the Pringles a bit too much this week so all my own fault Blush

Mixed week here too and need to up the exercise to make any real inroads. Still hovering around 11 and being pissed off that my work clothes don't fit Hmm

Butternut - I shall channel my competitive spirit and try to get back to 3-4 lots of exercise a week. Currently about 1.

Nothing yesterday which reduced me to a carb filled day to try and get rid of the tiredness Hmm

An hour walk this am with my sit ups plank and leg work and energy restored Smile
