Does anyone have any idea how many points in a Cadbury Crunchie? It doesn't seem to be on the list of Cadbury points I have. Sometimes if everyone else in the house is having chocolate I have this thinking it's not too bad, I guess 4 points but recently been thinking I should have this confirmed.

Heathcliffscathy · 19/04/2004 22:34

right, i can't be arsed to read through the whole of this massive thread, but i am interested in starting weightwatchers online. i think i have to lie about bfding as otherwise they won't let me join. i have 2 questions: is it good (does the weight stay off?) and do i add points for bfding (am only doing 3 feeds a day now, rest is solids and formula). understand if no one can be arsed to answer given that i'm too lazy to read the whole thread, but if some kind soul could motivate me to get off my lardy arse and do this, i would be most appreciative. thank you.

3.5 demented

sophable will answer tomorrow

Heathcliffscathy · 19/04/2004 22:40

thanks cd. am only allowed out to play so late because dh is watching boys film on telly.

Demented · 19/04/2004 23:20

Thanks CD! 3.5 not bad for a treat!

champs · 20/04/2004 00:39

sophable, sign up for the week free trial and see if you like it. yes you have to lie about b/f. just add 6 points for b/f allowance but dont add it to the database as it will show you being over.

champs · 20/04/2004 00:50

if you want to just use 4 pts as you are only doing 3 feeds i think it may be ok, but your body is still producing milk so it would be best if you add some

Heathcliffscathy · 20/04/2004 09:33

thanks champs.

CountessDracula · 20/04/2004 10:42

sophable I do find it pretty good, but if you are at home apparantly the meetings are better. Never been to one so can't comment.

Do the week's free trial - it can seem a bit time consuming at first but it rapidly gets easier and though I don't always stick to my points (naughty drac) I do find that I am watching what I eat much more carefully and recognising my danger times (ie just before bed after a few drinks)

champs · 21/04/2004 01:11

np sophable

have you signed up? what do you think of it?

berny7 · 21/04/2004 09:38

Hello - can anyone help.
Have just been on ww website and it doesn't list snack a jacks - as in the individual packets. Only has listings for jumbo ones. Anyone know how much they are? Many thanks

CountessDracula · 21/04/2004 09:56

It does have it Berny - type in snack jack instead of snack a jack - god knows why but it does work

Caramel ones are 2, so are cheese

Heathcliffscathy · 21/04/2004 10:01

champs started yesterday. am excited and motivated, but don't know how long this will last

berny7 · 21/04/2004 10:16

how bizzare!

Thanks v much countess.

champs · 22/04/2004 01:51

sophable, the new mag is out, may give some motivation.

JudyH · 22/04/2004 18:11

I just couldn't follow WW anymore, so I got hold of Herbalife Products. I found them on: www.bhealthynow.co.uk - try them!

Codswallop · 22/04/2004 18:26

huh my neighbour used to sell them

load of old rubbish. as if herbs can make you lose wieght

Grommit · 22/04/2004 18:38

I tried Herbalife once - complete waste of money - just like slimfast but more disgusting - not a natural healthy way to lose weight! At least with WW you can eat normal food! Agghh - Herbalife salespeople really annoy me. Rant over

Moomin · 24/04/2004 20:16

methinks judyh has just been trying to plug this on another weightloss thread...

berny7 · 23/05/2004 17:02

Does anyone know how may points are in poppetts (the toffee ones) - I heard they were not too naughty(??).

Have been off ww for a couple of weeks - can't believe how easy it is to slip out of it!! Must lose some weight before hols!!!

Kittypickle · 23/05/2004 17:07

WW online says they are 4 per box

berny7 · 23/05/2004 20:27

thanks Kitty

I kinda wish I hadn't asked - I had hoped they may be about 2.5 or 3!!

Nottoobig · 30/05/2004 12:58

Has anyone tried WW while pregnant and given themselves an extra ten points of calcium and fruit & veg, not to lose weight but to prevent excess weight gain? If so does it work? How many points do you have to add for breastfeeding?

mammya · 02/06/2004 00:23

Does anyone know how many points there is in a M&S mini brownie? And in that lovely flat turkish bread?
