Wow, thread 6!
I've been away for a while (not enough time to mn these days!), but have been sticking to the diet. I'm about 11lbs away from goal, and the weight loss has slowed dramatically - just 0.5lb in the last 2 weeks.
To be honest I'm not to sure if it's just a plateau and the weight loss will return to it's previous rate, or if this is a more permanent slow down.
A few things have changed.....
Firstly, I've cut down on breastfeeds to one or two a day, so have stopped giving myself the extra 200 calories (I'm a bit worried my milk has dried up, but that's a whole other thread!)
I also got a fitbit a few weeks ago, and have upped my daily step count as a result. I'm earning 200-300 exercise calories most days (ie replacing the ones I got for breastfeeding) and am trying to use no more than 200 a day.
I'm going to start running again - did 6km at the weekend, any my legs are killing me (still!). I should know better than to start with a 6km run, when I haven't seen my trainers for months, but it felt good at the time.
