3lb doesn't sound bad from your description Chopstheduck!!!!

On the app you go to email nogoodusernamesleft and it then allows you to add by username. Would be helpful if it said that though!

Right back to 'diet' properly today.

Have logged everything and made sure I'm keep moving to do at least 10,000 steps (have a fitbit)

After failed WW attempts, I am using MFP. First day today and I feel good! Under my calorie allowance for the day so feel very virtuous! Smile
Please add me - same username as on here. I think being able to see other folks menus will inspire me!

I'm tracking (please don't read my red wine consumption, not big or clever) but STS this week. I'm not surprised.

Started again yesterday with husband for support. Managed my first c25k run this morning using the fabulous Robert Ulrey podcast. Goal is to run the Race for Life 5k in the summer, and to get back to a healthy weight. Currently 2.5 stone over ideal.

I'm in danger of having a toddler stylee tantrum on the floor. I've been so good all week, even had salad for dinner so as not to go over my points limit one night, and I've lost NOTHING. I have dropped DD's morning feed this week though, so am blaming that [doubtful face]

Feijoa don't give up, it will be some wierd body/water thing. Work out your BMR and your TDEE (links somewhere around here, and definitely in 1st post of 5:2 fast thread) and the right level of calories for you.

Chops yr hol sounds fab x well jel :) especially the last night x wow what a experience x don't beat yrself up about the ickle gain u will soon get that off as u do so well with yr workouts x glad u had a fab time x

All new ladies please feel free to add me x same as on here lissyfrog x I lost 4.4 lb this week x soooooo chuffed x but that's all thanks to all the fab support x had a bit of a fight with 4 slices of thick bread and butter yesterday ( banging head on table) the bread won the bugger but I did log it so everyone could see it x

Going back to work on mon yayyyyyy after 6 painful months off and my 3rd back op x got a long way to go b4 I'm at my target but 17 lb off so far is in the right direction x don't wanna go through all that again x so if u see me having another fight with a hovis feel free to kick punch and poke me in the eyes x at least I won't b able to find the bread then x chuckle chuckle chuckle !!!!!!

Ooooo 'ello! Finally found you. Have been very slack in the food department!

I am off on a Fitness Fiesta weekender this weekend in Camber Sands so there is no way i am eating sensibly. The weekend will consist of stupid amounts of exercise, stupid amounts of crap food and stupid amounts of alcohol. :o

I have been to a nutritionist and so am starting her plan on Monday, once i get back from my weekender.

Hope everyone is doing well. Sorry i am crap at keeping up on here. Am always on MFP tho, so please feel free to add me/ talk to me/ tell me off there instead of here.

Ive been doing MFP since mid September last year and have lost 15.5kgs.
I'm doing the eat more to weigh less rather than the drastic cutting of calories as I want to get it off slowly and for good this time, seems to be working!

Just catching up. Been busy with work then celebrating my birthday. Grin
Did lots of retail therapy yesterday as I got rather over excited by the fact that I fit back into a size 12.
Off out for dinner tonight, so the clothes might not fit by tomorrow.

Hello ladies... Am sorry for the radio silences been in dissertation hell and will be handing it in on Monday and I can't wait... My diet has gone completely out of the window..... I have dissertation butt and tummy Shock! Shall be dusting insanity off on Monday as I will have no excuse..... Smile I am so determined to get to my goal weight.....!!

Will catch on Monday once I have handed the dreaded thing in... If anyone's lost well done and if you haven't don't worry keep going everyone has set back!!! Grin

Hey all!! Haven't logged in for a while and haven't posted on here for ages.

Got very disheartened by putting all the weight back on that I'd lost but after losing it all again by doing all the same things I have no idea what my body is doing!!! Shock

I'm trying to lose weight whilst giving up smoking and my hormones are flying about all over the place, so good luck to me!!!! I found out I'd lost 7lbs on the same day someone asked if I was pregnant (complete stranger). Felt like giving up for a few days. So I did!!!Grin

Going to do a detox tomorrow of water and fruit. Lets see how I manage.

Hi everyone I went out out to dinner last night and made good choices without going over.Even managed a few vodka and diet cokes too lol . I have weighed in this morning and I have lost 2.5 lbs.So in all I've lost 25 lbs in 8 weeks.
