Sorry to be a bit late this morning - no doubt you're all chomping at the bit to declare all on the Spreadsheet of Fabulousness

11 pounds melted away since I started!!!! I dare not add to spreadsheet for fear of buggering it up. Can someone do it for me please? Smile

thenightsky I have updated spreadsheet for you, though you appear to be on it twiceConfused

Report
thenightsky · 14/01/2013 16:09

I'm probably on it twice due to my feeble attempt to add myself at the beginning - hence my reluctance to mess with it again Blush

dont worry sure Willie will sort it. your not the only double entry, but like u I don't want to mess with it incase I do more damageConfused

I told my DS that the celeriac I'd bought was actually a brain. Do 't you think they look like brains? Ok just me then...

Report
Doshusallie · 14/01/2013 16:30

Brain chips, fondant du brain, mashed brains...

Im having celeriac chips tonight too Grin Im gonna dip them in mayo!

Was wondering what to have with them, a fried egg sounds just the thing.

Dosh I was just thinking they do look a bit brainish. Cant think about it too much or it'll be my first and last Grin

Guys what's the best yoghurt to have? What brand? Can't believe some of the losses - amazing! I'm going up see if I can get my scales to work now.
Really struggling to drink the water.

Congratulation clare8

Stay the same for me. If i remember rightly this happened when i first started low carbing so not too bothered. My body shape has changed though, my waist has appeared again.

I need to make more of an effort to drink enough water though.
Went to the gym this morning for the first time in about 2 months so am going to be stiff tomorrow.

Well done to everyone who has had good losses this week, and to the rest, just keep on keeping on, you will get a whoosh soon.

Valdeeves - the brand I buy/love is Total - but make sure you buy the full fat one - the 2% fat one is very similar colours, and it's caught me out before! Other people rave about Lidl's yoghurt, but we don't have a Lidl enough, so I haven't tried that one.

Ha ha BIWI - it is really strange, I've just found the remainder of mine in the living room - had some little ones round and they must have found it interesting as its with the rest of the toys!

Vnmum - thinking the same about the water.

Thanks for the yoghurt tip BIWI.
What I've found a bit disappointing this week is I feel like I've lost a bit but no ones noticed so I know it's not a mega change.
I think I need to combine with exercise - got to book the crèche in the local gym - no time in the evenings for me as our baby is still young (and she's a premmie) so can take a while to go down after her brother.

clare Flowers congratulations!

Haven't read all the posts, am just huffing in to moan about not checking a label before buying

Bloody Lidl white wine vinegar is 18.3g/100g. I thought it tasted sweet. Bah. I thought all White Wine Vinegar was OK - must be white balsamic in disguise [anger]

I am disproportionally cross about this Grin
