Sorry to be a bit late this morning - no doubt you're all chomping at the bit to declare all on the Spreadsheet of Fabulousness

Morgan

Am down 3lb which I'm OK with. Weight less yesterday morning but decided to be strict with myself and only put down todays weight rather than the lowest.

(It's exhausting playing these psychological war games with myself!)

Went to a Christening with buffet yesterday which was slightly dreading but they also had a Hog Roast.....bonus! I could eat allllllllll the crackling (which also made me drink a shed load of water as it was so salty)

Have ordered the Shred DVD off amazon which should arrive tomorrow - quick (stupid?) question. Are you supposed to do it for 30 days in a row?

Oh, also made the braised cabbage thing last night and was amazing (even though I burnt it a bit, but I quite like burnt food!).

4lb off for me.

I can't wait to have full fat yog with berries for breakfast instead of eggs. I will stick at Bootcamp for at least another week though.

8lb down for me, really pleased with that, well done every one.

I've been so hungry this morning. I've already had an atkins shake for breakfast, then some asparagus in butter and a babybel. I think I feel better now!

An Atkins shake? Hmm

Have a look at the ingredients in that. Remember we're trying to avoid artificial foods and ingredients. Also remember that artificial sweeteners can have an impact on your weight loss. You've had a great loss so far, but this kind of product can stall you. Don't be fooled by the Atkins branding!

3lb loss this week, which I'm pretty pleased with as it took me a few days to get properly into it. Into it now though so I'll have to continue that thi week. Day off today so I'm just planning menus and shopping list for the week.

Fantastic losses - absolutely brilliant and well done!

I'm only slightly disappointed that I lost 2 lbs, the cold had turned into the croaky/coughing like a demon phase and I had to get some relief in the form of Strepsilsand a bit of honey, hot water and brandy lemon.

Planning some meals and keeping focused!

I know the shakes aren't great, but I'm really struggling with what to eat.

I tend to have a 3 egg omelette for lunch with a little cheese, courgette and spinach, then for dinner, roast/buttered veg. I honestly don't know what I could have for breakfast, I don't really want to have eggs for breakfast and lunch. I'm a really fussy vegetarian!

Morning have stayed the same weight this week after loosing 6lbs the first four days before weighing in. Feeling ok and motivated that i am changing for good and feeling much better, am sure the weight will slowly come off, it has to i have drastically changed my diet - it will wont it? Confused

Good God littlemiss you are a champion of champions. I'd have ripped their hand off and swigged straight from the bottle Grin

Amazing losses from everyone; well done. It's so inspiring to read about everyone's journey. People posting the bad stuff is actually helping, because I'm learning from it and trying to recognise in myself when it's going a bit tits up and not to 'reward' myself with sugar.

I'm 1 week in and 10lbs down. Would someone be so good as to add me? I'm at work and it's blocking me Angry

Feeling better now I'm at work, the bosses have actually been really nice, and when I got called into a meeting I actually turned down the posh biscuits they offered me and just sipped on my water that I took in with me They can keep their biscuits, the sugary, job wrecking twats.

dangerousMouse i am also an incredibly fussy vegetarian. Sticky at omlette for breakfast, cheese salad for lunch and butter veg with cauliflower rice for dinner. Its either loads of eggs or loads of cheese so i am trying to opt for the eggs!

Hi BigStick - I tried to add my weight loss, which is 4lbs not 5, to the spreadsheet but stuffed up somehow Confused. Please can you sort me out (and change my name to The Early Bird as there is already an Early Bird!). Thanks

Biscuit357 - can't remember re the Shred but in "Ripped in 30" Jillian Daniels tells you that you must have one or two days off a week. I'd skip one day a week on the Shred - but make sure you go for a good walk or something like that on the day "off".

Am down a couple of pounds so that's great although seem to have gained 1.75lbs since yesterday. Dinner yesterday was a huge plate of cauliflower, broccoli and mushrooms in a cheese sauce, it's one of my favourites but I always seem to gain the next day for some reason.

Don't know what's happened to my entry on the spreadsheet though. I seem to have lost my entire body weight since last September and it won't let me amend it, I know that have lost 18 pounds since last September and am really happy with that. I seem to go up and down on a daily basis but overall consistently lose eventually. Am only wanting to lose another half stone or so and it is definitely not going to happen quickly but I will get there in the end.

3 scrambled eggs and mushrooms for breakfast today. Already had a chunk of Brie and several cups of tea with cream, not hard to guess why my weight loss is slow, Water is good though, manage a couple of litres a day on average.

PrincessSparkles, is this the recipe?

www.bbcgoodfood.com/recipes/1145/celeriac-oven-chips

Have been using quite a bit of celeriac this week and the whole family loves it.

Yesterday I made Celeriac Boulangere with roast chicken, cheesy leeks and broccoli. We used the liquid from the Boulangere as a gravy, it was delicious.

Next time I think I'll try a bit of cream mixed in, just before I serve it.

At work shouldn't be here so just coming on super quick to go on s/sht and post by weight. Also to explain that due to my ineptitude I am going to have to change my starting weight as I realised I converted stones and pounds to just pounds incorrectly Blush. Am not cheating I promise!

Anyway, that's a longwinded way of saying that I am 5.5lbs down on the week! Woo hoo. 2.5lbs to go to reach my pre-baby weight, although to be honest I need to lose another half stone beyond that to get to true fighting weight but I haven't been that light since uni so I am not holding my breath!

Will come back and read through/post properly this evening. Well done everyone (am assuming that there are lots of great losses!).

Cor! Some bloody lovely dinners going on!

Savoir That's amazing, only 2.5lbs to go until your pre baby weight Envy Also, I come on here in work time, and when I post, I try to frown at the same time, as if in intense concentration. If anyone asks what I'm doing, I say "Sorry, but I absolutely must get this email typed out and sent to the boss. It is of the utmost importance".
Try to use the phrase 'utmost importance' a lot. And look faintly concerned at all times.
