I can't even bring myself to type in my weight because I am so ashamed :(

I need to lose 3.5 stone before the end of May (going on holiday with a thin friend) I am doing My Fitness Pal (calorie counting) and I am going to do 1200 calories a day. It's brutal I know but then so was the reading on my scales this morning.

Have lurked for a couple of days and would love to join you ladies if I may?? Lost stone and a half last year with diet and shred but had major lapse and have now put it all back on, plus almost another stone

Have resolved, this year it all HAS TO GO! Thighs are chafing, and last week I couldn't even get into my "fat" jeans. Have nothing that fits and my stomach looks like a separate entity, it's got so big. Ideally want to shift three stone, so back on the shred - it hurts but it works! Am a lazy cow so Jillian shouting at me is good.

Have just joined MFP (as darklydreamingofdamon) if anyone would care to be my friedn? Please? Think it'll help me keep on track.

Had a VG day today, being back at work - busy, not surrounded by chic etc - helped. Day 7 of LoveMyLiverJanuary too - starting to feel like I can do this. Am motivated.

However all this will start tomorrow as I've already binged badly and therefore today is broken so I will treat myself to the obligatory calorie laden dinner swimming in fat and start afresh in the morning.
