Novelty - I eat pHilly a lot. The only issue can be some people stall when eating too much dairy

The night sky- I have similar at work if I forget to take anything, with bag of salad. The trouble is it is quite processed and can contain sugars with the marinade

thenightsky - oil is good! It's only cooking with olive oil that isn't so great. But I still cook with it, mainly because the alternative - coconut oil - is so expensive. And, personally, I would avoid that Turkey stuff. Just look at the ingredients list!

cocolelpew - yes, that's too high!

NoveltySlippers - not really - it's just cream cheese. Check the ingredients though. I bought some Sainsbury's Full Fat Cream Cheese yesterday, which I think is their equivalent of Philly - and it just lists milk.

Thanks for the peanut butter info Caramel. I dont have a Sainsburies near here, but I may do an online shop & stock on their PB (amongst other things ha ha not a shop of just PB as tempting as that is )

Starfish - Ive been on this for 8 months now and would like to lose another stone by April so that will be a year. After that I can't see me going back to high carb again. Even after 2 proper days of LC I feel so much better although struggling with the lurgy. Gluten intolerance is in the family my aunt, mums cousin and other family members so I think I prefer to stay gluten free even if have other carbs when in maintenance

Today:
B: Egg and bacon
L: Nothing - was up very late so Breakfast was at lunch time
D: Mushroom baked with butter and garlic topped with stilton served with green beans and pak choi

Slipped up and ate 6 after eights but at least they're all gone now.

Will make sure I have three meals tomorrow I promise.

Lots of water, drinking it hot now as find cold a bit miserable in winter.

Philly and the like very good for making sauces. Thin with water and add cheese, mustard etc then use in lasagne, moussaka, cauliflower cheese etc. delicious !

Love that blog! Have to say I have had more compliments in last couple of months at work since I turned 40 than in the whole of my career so there is some truth in it

I feel 'fuggy'. and deprived. I'd really like a wee chocolate. Just a wee one. And a wine. Just a massive one.

Hi all, I joined this thread a year ago and lost 2 stone. Kept it off all year, but gained half a stone back during the party season, so it's back to bootcamp I go.

OK, so today I have had...
B - bacon and fried egg
L - tuna mayo salad
D - belly pork, mushrooms, steamed cauliflower and brocoli
2 x black coffees (resisted the temptation of the coffee cart!),
1.5 litres of water

Need to have some more water tonight - but does this look ok-ish?
