Morning!

And what a truly horrible morning it is.

Here is the spreadsheet to confess all

Let's see what we can do in the next/last two weeks. A couple of strict weeks to finish Bootcamp and hopefully we can shift some serious pounds.

Only 0.8lb off for me last week. I'm also not drinking enough water. It's too cold! Will try harder this week.

My hour's personal training was good. Sore shoulders and stomach today though. Starting pilates in two weeks. I have a feeling it's gonna hurt!

wow halfthesize that is an amazing loss i bet you feel fantastic. ilovemyteddy i used to do pilates and loved it, so relaxing but hard too! never braved the personal training though!

about the money loss... i just hope to God it fell into the right hands and some struggling mum was able to benefit from it and it didn't end up with prats. there was a good £250 in an envelope! stupid me.

BIWI I love the articles you share :) always very informative, and as a newbie I am soaking up all the knowledge I can!

I didnt have an exact start weight, but I am roughly 8ish lbs down from where I think I was 2 weeks ago - not a bad start.

Good morning.

Sorry to hear that jan Hopefully it did go to someone else who really needed it.

Well done on your loss half That is fantastic and inspirational.

Well done porky

willie The outdoor camps are really successful (I prefer indoors)

I've pretty much stayed the same; far too much port, brandy, Prosecco and cake (celebrations) Definitely not enough water.

I had a lovely surprise this week however: I was in a salon the other day and had to de-robe (as it were); they had an extra large, ceiling height mirror there and when I saw my body shape, I was very pleasantly surprised; a different shape regardless of the weight.

Foods are tasting over sweet when I do eat them.

More water and herbal tea. Onwards and downwards everyone!

Re mirrors - I usually avoid them (like everyone) but I've noticed that the old love-handles are definitely reduced, and that is something that decades on a low-fat diet couldn't shift! My waist is smaller at this weight than it was when I was lighter, IYSWIM. Sideways-on I'm nearly svelte, and front-on much reduced, even tho in LBs it;s only about 7-8 total.

I did a small fast today,so no breakfast and lunch at 1pm, 1 egg and 1 baconslice. Bit of greek yog (like you doshu to finish the tub)!

I'M OK Dosh Just really busy with work. I don't have as much time to MN anymore. I was working a night on friday then didn't finish till 3 on saturday. DIdn't eat till tea time saturday as didn't have time at work and by the time I got home it was too close to tea to be having lunch.

I have lost a couple of pounds off the gain from last week but I'm still a couple up on the weight I was before my disastrous week. MY sporadic eating habits aren't helping though as I seem to be fasting lots unintentionally and I don't think it is having that many advantages. I think I need to make sure I eat breakfast and also drink. WHen I am busy at work I am lucky if I get a litre in before I get home.

I haven't caught up with the old thread yet but hopefully will get chance tonight.

Sorry to be smug but I am Grin. Despite my weekend away, the strict week it inspired has led to a 5lb loss! I honestly don't know how but I weighed 3 times to check. That gives me one and a half stones on bootcamp and just over 2st from my heaviest.

I have also changed my weighing day to a Friday as my weekends are variable - some just a tad naughty, some quite wicked and others just plain scandalous! Only in eating terms though! My theory is that, as my weeks are more even, a weight on Fridays will be more representative.

Hope the job is going well vnmum, it always takes time to get into a routine when you first start.

Willie rather you than me with the army exercise. I feel sick just thinking about it!

Jan sorry to hear about the money. I think your approach of not fretting and hoping it went where needed is a lovely one. Hopefully putting that positive energy onto a negative experience will bring some good luck back to you.

jan I am my MN name Grin

It is definitely the diet as low fat and excercise didn't change it as much.

And - as evidenced at the earlier weeks - high water consumption changed me/my shape/skin/hair/nails.

Evening losers- my weighin day is Tuesday although havea very early start tomorrow so hoping to be organized tonight.
Well done to ll the losers especially the newbies/ rejoiners!

Jan2013- sorry to hear about the money but am hoping for some karma and you have a lovely surprise over Christmas.
Toomuchmoney- hope your poorly boy gets better soon
Willie - I love boot camps but can't commit to same day every week with shifts but getting bit bored with just same routine at the gym. I think I might get a new programme to keep me interested.

Auntie Maggie- don't get cross with yourself. I end up going off piste when away from home as it gets so hard to buy"quick" low carb meals. It sounds like you are planning better this week. Stick with it - you are doing really well

B: Greek yoghurt
L: tuna sala
D: salmon and stir fry veg

Wrapping Xmas books tonight when DC are asleep

I have one of those too.
The best performance he ever put on was the time he woke up with "fuzzy eyebrows" and tried to convince me he couldn't go to school!
Glad he's ok though
