For just 3 points would have to be something with salad. Maybe a slice of meat, an egg or some sea food. WW bread is only 0.5 points (1 with low fat spread) and it is okay - currently eating a slice of it toasted for supper!

Those big Rice cakes are 0.5 point each, so you could have 3 with something like tuna and onion/peppers on top, (low fat cheese spread and marmite perhaps??) or 1 1/2 points worth of soup and 3 rice cakes??

Or what about the WW leek and potato soup?? only 1 point for a serving??

ps lurking on this thread because have been very very naughty since new year and eaten too much chocolate, so may be popping up from time to time, especially as have just eaten whole box of chocolates (reward for cleaning house all day today HULABABY!!!!!)

Are you sure Coddy??? My WW leader assured me that they were 1/2 point each (of course this was last summer when I actually WENT to WW rather than now when I start each day well and end each day on about 97 points!!!)..... If they are that explains why I got to goal soooo quickly last year and now why I have put so much back on because I am not eating them

I think I am going to explode, I'm going to have to be sooooo good the rest of this week to have any chance of not putting on any weight never mind lose any. T'was good at the time though!
