Emma, I've got loads to lose so it comes off much faster. Also I ate before my first weigh in and didn't before this evenings.

Wow - congratulations to all the silver 7s - 8lbs in a week must be down to more than simply weighing yourself before a meal!

Are we onto week 3 now? Isn't amazing how slowly time can go when you're on a diet!

I must confess that I have previously seen these types of thread as rather corny, but it is actually helping to incentivise (sp?) me midweek (I usually just weigh-in at the weekend). I'm sure that the incentive will be greater once I see the forfeit to be meted out!

AF has visited me today and I was interested to see what difference it made to my weight, I weighed myself yesterday and my weight loss for this week was 4lbs and then today with AF present it was only 3lbs. It does make a difference. I always find that if I am watching what I eat I get far less cramps and mood swings around the time of AF and found that to be true today and the last few days, so that's something positive at least!

OOOh I still have a little way to go yet : 9lb's, but having to tell u lot on here is making me think I ought to do a bit better. I have the same to go and more than what I have just done in 5-6 weeks.

Well tthe weekend is here. This is the time I find hardest as we eat out most meals. Off to MIL later but have warned here. Does everyone else struggle at weekends?

We've got guests for dinner tomorrow. I can already feel the pounds going on just thinking about the menu, I don't know how I'll cope if there are any left over puddings!

WE had sweet & sour chicken and rice tonight. I have taken a Turkey breast roast out the freezer for tomorrow, will have it with potatoes and carrots I think.

Went over with my points yesterday. MIL had bought teacakes and BUTTER for lunch so I did only have 1 but even so. Also has a prt at grandad's house. Not gone over for week though as I had saved some up - still have 2 or 3 left for a drink today if I want.

ok ok I know I am baaaaaad as only on 18pts, I had 29 points yesterday night!!!!!! I only saved 4.5 up and still went 5 points over that.I agree weekends are SOOOO HARD.

My excuse was a very elegant & upmarket hotel restaurant for a friends 30th birthday. I know TERRIBLE EXCUSE, as 21 points of the day was JUST dinner !!!Although was good with dessert as only 1.5pts.

My saving grace WAS I lost another 1lb to the 2lbs that I lost for the weigh in on Thurs, I naughtily weighed myself yesterday afternoon. Oh well I have probably put the whole lot back on now. Dont worry will be eating 15-16 pts a day to make up for it!!!

So whats my forfeit????!!!

Oh the food was incredible , just wonderful , Thank you Hulababy. Restaurant in Top5 for best Italian in London.
Dont you find when you eat lovely food you appreciate sooo much more. Every mouthfull is incredible!!!!
