the chicken soup needs a jar of chicken stock (like bovril) from M and S - its near the sauces.

Dice swede onion celery carrot etc and fry slowly. add stock - as much as you reckon simmer till veg soft and whizz a bit in a blender.

Becca, I am having trouble getting my emails today. If I am still having problems tomorrow I will use my other email address to send you my weight

Beccarollover · 14/01/2004 20:56

I had a meeting with my new employers today and fitted rather nicely in my size 12 suit! Was looking rather snazzy if I say so myself - black suit, pink and black polka dot top and pink and black stilletoes and of course lashings of Fraise Juicy Tube :D

JanHR · 14/01/2004 21:10

Well done you!

fio2 · 14/01/2004 22:21

I have stuck to it today and yesterday

melsy · 14/01/2004 23:07

You sound very glam today Becca!! OOOH making me envious I cant wait to get back into my 12 black suit. Will have to get a new top & heels to celebrate.

melsy · 14/01/2004 23:09

What a dope - didnt say what my links were, daah!!!!

it is FAT GIRL SLIM Times 2 article & the link to the books website.

Demented · 14/01/2004 23:55

Sounds gorgeous Becca!

Melsy, I am really surprised she is only a size 16, the photo on the back of the book must be very well taken as she looks slimmer than that. The only things I don't agree with are her take on exercise and her calorie limit (I think she sticks to just over 1,000 a day, personally I think that is too little, better eat a little more and exercise IMO, but then she has lost 4 stone and I've not ).

All the best for tomorrow!!!

Demented · 14/01/2004 23:56

That should say I am surprised she is as large as a 16.

JanHR · 15/01/2004 08:04

codswallop · 15/01/2004 08:25
