We managed to fill the thread before the end of the week, so I'm starting the next one.

Here is the Spreadsheet of Wonderfulness for you to record your weight tomorrow

Evening all!

Some mixed reports here about progress Grin

Sorry you had a bad day, hurricane.

Tomorrow sees you making a choice. You can stay on Bootcamp, you can move to Bootcamp Light, or you could do Bootcamp Hybrid - Bootcamp during the week and Bootcamp Light at the weekend which, being realistic, is what most of us seem to be doing anyway!

NSSS - I'm so glad it's not just me, was hoping to lose a bit more this week but its not to be i dont think. This week i am definitely going to eat 3 meals a day and drink 3 litres of water. Tried really hard today and had bacon and eggs for breakfast. Lunch was a cheese and mushroom omelette but by a really busy afternoon meant that tea wasn't till nearly 9pm and by then all I could be bothered with was a bit of ham and coleslaw. Mind you I had to watch DH and DC enjoying a Chinese takeaway and managed to resist all the chow mein etc.

caramelwaffle · 14/10/2012 23:14

Evening all.

"Think of the dress, think of the dress" Like it Grin

Finding it really hard to eat three meals a day.

Breakfast was Greek yoghurt (lots)

Lunch chicken (lots), salad and half a vat of cardini's caesar sauce.

Dinner curly kale crisps.

Water 2l.

caramelwaffle · 14/10/2012 23:17

Good luck with the weigh in tomorrow everyone.

Viperidae · 14/10/2012 23:35

I think my plan is to carry on with Bootcamp and, if I am good all week, allow myself to ease off a little once at the weekend. I find that I can motivate myself to avoid lots of small cheats in the week with the promise of one slightly bigger cheat at the weekend.

As I have so much to lose, I think it's too soon to slack off too much, there's a danger I'll stray off completely if I don't maintain focus.

butterfliesinmytummy · 15/10/2012 01:02

Up 300g today (no cheating at all....) but still a 1.5lb loss which is great. I know from experience that this is where is gets really difficult for me. Loss slows down and I get disheartened (I'm very impatient!) and start to stray. At least I can recognize it, eh?

Happy weigh in day everyone Grin

Boobz · 15/10/2012 04:01

Weighed in today - 122lbs, down from 126lbs the week before, and 129.6 the week before that. So chuffed!

And starting P90X today too.

Good luck everyone for big losses!

butterflyexperience · 15/10/2012 06:32

Morning Losers!
Hope you have all hit your targets this week :)

The past half week for me has been really crap.
I've had a Kamikaze child, another child who has had fever all week, a dh with the lurgies and now I have a cold too.

So very ashamedly I have turned back to my old eating habits for the past 2 days :(
Which inevitably has led me to putting on the lb's...

However I am hoping that most of that is water retention as yesterday I fit into a new size 10 dress that when I bought last month was tight on me!

So feeling this woe is whats best for me will stick to Bootcamp for another 2 weeks to see how much more I can lose.

I must also say that this thread is brilliant support as on my own I have never stuck to it for this long.

[thank] to all

butterflyexperience · 15/10/2012 06:32
Thanks
tartiflette · 15/10/2012 07:09

Half a measly frigging pound

May have to contemplate cheese ban and definitely need to up the water...

Ilovemyteddy · 15/10/2012 07:15

164.2. Woohoo!

ForSaletotheHighestBidder · 15/10/2012 07:15

No loss but at least am not up. Had a very wine loaded Saturday night as my sister was home visiting from Canada, also find it much harder at the weekend to eat 3 meals and drink lots of water. Think I'll stick with full on bootcamp Mon-Fri as am away again next weekend. My social life seems to have improved since I started bootcamp, typical!

Did well on Saturday, cooked meats for breakfast on the run, no lunch other than some cheese as was driving, dinner was chicken caesar without croutons.
Yesterday was bacon and eggs, no lunch (sorry, again was on the road), dinner was a steak and tons of salad.

Good luck with the weigh in everyone!

Pufflemum · 15/10/2012 07:19

No change for me this week, but I'm still positive overall. I really enjoy this woe and feel lighter all over. Back on it hardcore for the week for me, need to see the scales go down by next Monday.

DIYapprentice · 15/10/2012 07:21

2 lbs down, yah! Have weighed in slightly less a few days ago, but happy with this. I'm feeling rubbish with a cold which has gone into the chest, so suspect my metablism has slowed down a bit.

AngieAir · 15/10/2012 07:37

I've stayed the same but I'm pleased as many things have got in the way. Still had a bad cold so too much tea+milk and not enough water and went to a wedding at the weekend with no chance of alternative food. Going on holiday this week but it's self catering so will be easier to manage.

I had a panini on Friday as limited food options. I ended up taking the meat off the bread as it was so doughy and tasteless. Did get a few strange looks.

hurricanewyn · 15/10/2012 07:38

2lbs off for me too. Have updated the spreadsheet.

Good luck to everyone else.

Lavendersbluedillydilly1969 · 15/10/2012 07:39

2lbs down at 143.5 which I'm really pleased with. Have had an awful cold and barely eaten for a week and scales haven't moved then yesterday ate 3 meals (2 of which were pretty hefty) and voila. I'm going to stay on bootcamp for another week or two as really want to get down to 133lbs which was my normal weight till this year then will start reintroducing fruit and nuts etc.
Just really need to stay away from bread, biscuits and sugary sweets. They are soo bad for me, make me feel like rubbish and gain lbs, trouble is I do love them. Can honestly say that since I've been on bootcamp I haven't even been tempted but I do worry about when I start having fruit etc again that it will trigger those cravings.
Congratulations to everyone who've posted their losses so far today, we will all be looking amazing by Christmas.

Liveinthepresent · 15/10/2012 07:42

2lbs off for me too. Am really happy as felt really bloated yesterday - so allowing for TOTM thought it might be a static week.
Feel like am getting into my stride on this WOE. Going to stay with family next week though and they haven't entirely been supportive in the past so will have to stay strong.
Definitely going to stick to Bootcamp in the week and maybe allow myself the lite version over the weekend.
Good luck everyone weighing in.

EwanHoozami · 15/10/2012 08:12

Another one with 2lb off. This means that over the last eight weeks...

I have lost a stone! Grin [cartwheel]

All my knickers are too big. I was moaning that the elastic had gone in all of them at the same time and then I realised..

WELL DONE everyone. tartiflette no shooting of self, please. You weigh less, and ate some lovely food!

I'm going to do the 'Carrying On With Bootcamp Unless A Pistachio Leads Me Astray' plan.

WillieWaggledagger · 15/10/2012 08:12

well done on losses!

0.5 lb up for me, without any cheating, but i know this is because i wasn't able to eat enough and i'm on antibiotics until next weekend so i expect they are having an effect. only one run managed last week, but will make up for it this week now that i'm on the mend

am going to keep going with bootcamp for another few weeks at least, i think until my birthday in November when i will switch to bootcamp light

WillieWaggledagger · 15/10/2012 08:13

hurrah for ewan!

yes i am particularly baggy of knicker at the moment

EwanHoozami · 15/10/2012 08:14

Erm..by the way... has anyone found that this WOE has affected their cycle?

I'm nearly a week late now.

shit

LRDtheFeministDragon · 15/10/2012 08:27

Congratulations everyone!

I'm down to 9st 11 (yay!), which is 3 lbs. Hopefully I will not have knocked myself too far off track yesterday - family party and I couldn't politely refuse cake, but got DH to eat half of it.

ewan - how odd, I'm the opposite - a week early. And no PMT, which is lovely but odd.

JessicaWakefield · 15/10/2012 08:27

I'm not brave enough to weigh this morning after eating a bowl of mini chocolate weetabix and a flapjack on Saturday. So cross with myself. Only excuse was DS 6mo has a miserable cold which means he's up a lot overnight and I'm currently shattered but the carbs did not make me feel better in fact they just gave me stomach spasms all day yesterday. Kept on message yesterday and will be VG today so hopefully will be rewarded when I weigh tomorrow. Well done on the losses posted up thread and have a great day everyone.

halfthesize · 15/10/2012 08:32

good morning loosers and well done to those who have lost,

hurricanewyn sorry to hear about your bad daySad

Well I woke up and had a coffee and a pint of water before thinking, so will weigh in tomorrow!! I will be on bootcamp until I have shifted this last half a stone, seems harder now than at the beginning, have decided to drop cheese, yog and cream this week and no booze for me until next night out, which is a good 2 weeks away.

Good luck with weigh insWink
