Phew did it. Lost my 1lb over the weekend. Weighed the same at ww tonight as I did the night before our holiday.

Now I mean business. This weight has to go. 10lb down and I want another 11lb off by Christmas.

22 pro-points today (including 3 g&t's Blush) and 5 activity points earned.

I want 2lb off by next Monday and a further lb off by the Monday after. No ww next week so it's all down to self discipline.

Slowly, every so slowly I am going to do this.

BonkeyMollocks · 20/08/2012 22:28

Whats tomorrow?

Keep on Track Tuesday ?

BonkeyMollocks · 20/08/2012 22:29

Well done married !
You will get there! :)

fivegomadindorset · 20/08/2012 22:46

Good luck LV and well done married.

I think I am back on track today, did have some wine for supper but ate well all day and didn't pick when I came home. reason for wine is that my old dog has disappeared, he lives with my parents, but I think has taken himself off to die quietly somewhere.

BonkeyMollocks · 20/08/2012 22:47

:( Oh five .

marriedinwhite · 20/08/2012 22:48

Thinking of you MrsP. Hope it went as well as it could have.

fivegomadindorset · 20/08/2012 22:50

Well done chunky, always nice when someone compliments you,

fivegomadindorset · 21/08/2012 06:22

Morning all, too bloddy early but very short staffed at work so have to go in a bit earlier, weight is slowly going down, hopefully be in th enext stone bracket down by Friday.

InMySpareTime · 21/08/2012 06:33

Keep on Track Tuesday sounds great, I have an early shift today, which means my lunch break will be ridiculously early compared to yesterday (1.35-2.35 yesterday, 11.30-12.30 today). If I wobble at all in the week, it's usually "snack time" on an early shift when I nab some mid afternoon carbs. Today I will try to eat my lunch at the end of my break so the afternoon isn't so long.

MilkshakeMaker · 21/08/2012 07:30

Morning! I've weighed myself and I'm 11st9 so really really pleased 3lb down from last week, Wahoo! Not sure how considering the weekend but I'm not complaining!

So now ladies I need to step it up for 2 more weeks then I can go back to long haul diets, just want to loose as much as pss before the wedding, oh wait then holiday in september, then birthday in Oct, and then Xmas... Hnmm

chipsandmayonnaise · 21/08/2012 07:37

Good morning all! Welcome newbies. Congrats to Kato and LV for great losses, and I am sorry sloth for the loss of your little cat. MrsPnut so sorry about your DD's friend. I hope her family gets through this terrible time.

My week (9 days actually) 'off' seems to have gone well. I paid no real attention to what I was eating, just consciously tried to eat less of it. I seem to have lost 1 pound. 10 stone 7 now, but my BMI is still overweight. I have just checked, and it seems that with my height, if I wanted to have a BMI of 23, I would have to weigh 8 stone 7. I really do not think I can get that low. Have to do something about my stomach though, as I was asked yesterday (again) if I was pregnant and congratulated. [grr]

So I am pleased. I am going to go back to tracking on WW, but will be a little easier on myself. No endless meals of soup on repeat. Maybe if I am less anxious (now the dreaded wedding is past) I can just settle into things slowly. My time off counting and worrying though has done me good mentally. I feel alot better about things.

Tonight I am making tofu yellow curry for dinner, but I am doing an old trick of my mother's and instead of using coconut milk I will use light creme fraiche and add a drop of coconut essence into it. Never tried it myself- it might end up grim!

Hope everyone has great days. :)

sagelynodding · 21/08/2012 07:59

Morning! Just weighed myself and i have just broken the 12 stone barrier! Really ' just' at 11st and 13.6 pounds or 76kg. So my BMI is finally in the healthy weight range as well!

That is a total loss of 10 kg with another 10 to go. 3kg lost since I joined this thread, but only as I have been quite ill and stressed so haven't eaten much in the past few days.

Hopefully when I feel well enough to start running again the kilos will fly off.

BonkeyMollocks · 21/08/2012 09:52

Sounds like we are foo to a good start today . Well done everyone!

I have woken up feeling really good. Ds has a playdate so I am.going to walk him up there then walk into town and then home. Hour and a half round trip I think.

I need to get back into walking, i walked loads when ds was at nursery. Hopefully once school starts I can get back into that!

KatoPotato · 21/08/2012 10:33

Good Morning Everyone! Happy weigh-in to the Tuesday weighers, high fives to the losers and the maintainers. If anyone gains, suck it up and move on... but not a large McDonald's milkshake..

Speaking of Milkshake well done! and thanks again for starting the first thread :)

Chunky I love a non-scales victory like a comment... but I'm crap at reacting! I'm so used to being self effacing if someone says 'You're looking well' I usually respond my saying 'Oh, I've still got a long way to go!' or pretend I've just been a pig recently!!

Sloth Don't overthink it, it's been a cruddy week and an absolute potential for slipping but we all know you can 'keep the heid' eat what you and your body would appreciate...

reastie yes, that munchie box used to be part of my menu repertoire... Body pump was good fun, but I still had 'spin' legs and now I'm walking like a cowboy! I can see how it might get repetitive but it was a sweat fest and remember:

Sweat is fat crying!

Chips I love that you're fully prepared for your dinner to be grim

Sagely welcome to the 11st club... I still think the management are going to rumble me and chuck me out! right on my munchie box!

InMySpareTime · 21/08/2012 12:20

Afternoon all, I managed to wait on lunch until the end of my break, and not eat any of the chocolate, brownies and flapjacks a parent brought in for her DCs leaving.
A good willpower day so far

MrsPnut · 21/08/2012 12:41

Afternoon, I'm in a slump and need a big kick up the arse.

I had toast and pate mid morning, and I am putting off sorting out items in the garage to photograph and sell.
Just sitting here thinking of something else I could eat before making a start.

Mrs P You're lucky my legs are so sore, have a pathetic kick from me!

TheOneWithTheHair · 21/08/2012 16:20

I'm back. D'ja miss me? Grin

Hello new people and well done losers. :)

There's far too much thread for me to catch up on.

Spain was not good for my diet. I ate and drank far too much but for once I don't care. There were loads of women with fantastic figures but there were also loads of bigger women so I didn't feel too bad in my bikini.

I'm looking forwards to getting back on the healthy eating tomorrow. I feel a bit like I need to cleanse my system. I'm not going to weigh until Monday though. I need this week to lessen the bad news. :)

InMySpareTime · 21/08/2012 17:14

I missed you, not as much as my DD missed yours though, her face lit up when she heard you were backGrin.

TheOneWithTheHair · 21/08/2012 17:46

Just seen her. She did indeed look very happy! :)

LollipopViolet · 21/08/2012 20:01

Back from first day of AAT Level 1.

My brain isn't hurting yet - but I did have a maths and English test this morning :( And there's a health and safety section - those numbers must be mean lol :)

Food wise, I took my own, so all good :)

KatoPotato · 21/08/2012 20:11

Welcome back towth hope you've had a brillso time!

LV happy first day of number school! Health and safety eh? Must be some mean numbers! sorry!

LollipopViolet · 21/08/2012 20:26

Yep Kato, mean I tell ya! Apparently later in the course we get introduced to Sage. I thought that was a herb?

To be fair, there's 6 of us in the group, so it's lovely and relaxed and I enjoyed today a lot :) Bring on number school day 2 tomorrow!

InMySpareTime · 22/08/2012 06:39

Good morningSmile
Anyone up for a No Wibble Wednesday?
Tonight is date night, DH asked if he could bring cake. I feel like I am ready to have cake without falling off the wagon, so have agreed.
Today will be low calorie breakfast and lunch, and plenty of exercise, as I don't know what cake he'll bring and want lots of spare so I don't feel guilty.
Exercise should be easy to come by, as usual for a holiday Wednesday I have half the neighbourhood DCs round to play. That should keep me busy and use up all the food Grin
