I just had a sneaky peek at the scales, wish I hadn't bothered now! I know you weigh more in the evening but I thought if they showed a loss, I'd be even happier at a bigger loss but they are showing sts at the moment. My own stupid fault for checking, what on earth was I thinking?!
I am now thinking that I need to do a few red days, so thats going to be my new plan for a while. I've got 3 lots of different meat in the fridge that have to be eaten within a few days. Tomorrow we will be having moroccan lamb and I'll syn some rice to go with it (2syns per 28g cooked rice) I just have to make sure I am up early enough to put it in the slow cooker.
I also have a freezer full of meat, especially chicken, so that will give me plenty of choice.
Best get lunch out of the freezer actually and I think I'll treat myself to a bacon sarnie in the morning. Not sure DH will approve as he is off work tomorrow but won't want to eat that early in the morning. Maybe he can just make do with sniffing my breakfast until he gets up for his.
Tomorrow looks like this:

B: Grilled bacon and mushroom sandwich(b) (2 brown bread from 400g loaf)
Apple
L: prawns and 42g feta cheese(a) salad (cucumber, onions, tomatoes)
fruit
D: Moroccan lamb (which is basically lamb, tomatoes and herbs), rice (2 syns per 28g cooked - will see how much 28g looks like!)
Mullerlight

options choc drink (2 syns?)
If I'm correct, I think I am entitled to another B choice, If thats the case then I'll have 2 alpen light bars which I'm sure I'll be able to fit in at some point during the day.
