Here we go again!

I'll email the chart out Thursday AM.

If you can't read/open the chart, just sayso in a post and I'll ask Figleaf if she can convert it to a different format and forward it on to you.

GOOD LUCK!!

Oh Dear I've put on a 1lb!

Hopefully that'll give me a kick up the jacksey for this week.

not much gone here I'm afraid looks like just 1lb

This is going to take a long time I think.

Need to step up the exercise from now.

sylvev · 17/01/2006 07:42

2lb loss here, down to 11/9.
Thanks, Furball.

JenumGeranium · 17/01/2006 09:11

Well not surprisingly I have put on 2lbs

I also have AF soon so thats not helping (excuses excuses!)

I WILL do better this week!

omtmum · 17/01/2006 09:22

Up 3lbs but sort of pleased it is not more. Think I went at it a bit too much in the first week and have suffered a biscuit backlash!

Better try harder this week.

Furball · 17/01/2006 09:23

Oooh - Scrap that 'put on a pound' I've just checked the chart and I've lost a pound, didn't realise how heavy I actually was!!! Yippy!!!!

OP posts:
busywizzy · 17/01/2006 09:25

Yipppeee

Another 2lb lost here so I'm down to 10st 8lb (well 7.5lb really but I'll save the half a pound for next week). I'm so chuffed

Furball · 17/01/2006 09:26

JenumGeranium - on the chart it will say a minus figure, that actually means 'a plus' on your original weight.

HeavyBee · 17/01/2006 09:29

Lost a pound - 9 st 12 - at least it's moving in the right direction. This list is such a good idea! The thought of posting to the list today stopped me having a major crumpets and Marmite fest after DDs and I got home from school yesterday, so it must be working - on the other hand the crumpets are lurking in the breadbin for when we get home today....

Furball · 17/01/2006 09:39

Heavybee - will you change your name to Lightbee? eventually

OP posts:
HeavyBee · 17/01/2006 09:47

Furball, I laughed and laughed, I'd never thought about it! Maybe I'll go through them all from SlightlylighterBee and RegularBee to SemiSkimmedBee and GossamerBee. Hmm. Is that a pig I spy floating past the window there...?

MrsBoo · 17/01/2006 09:59

No change - fed up

Earlybird · 17/01/2006 09:59

Alrighty then...I'm back in London, and ready to face the harsh realities of my weight.

Initial stats for me on the chart are:
Height 5'5"
Weight 11.5 stone

Time for emergency measures....

vicmum · 17/01/2006 10:07

I've lost 2lbs so am 11 st 4lbs...
We may start to lose less each week now - according to DH the first week can be a bigger loss because of water retention - so we should expect smaller losses every week. Any loss - no matter how small is good and I think it's great that we are not increasing anymore actually .
I manged to pull on a pair of pre-preganancy trousers for the first time this week - although they are still a bit too tight.. so that's great motivation for me.

amouse · 17/01/2006 10:12

I am down 2lb to 9 stone. Have no idea why, stress probably.

Dingle · 17/01/2006 10:19

WEll not much, only lost 1lb, but at least it's a step in the right direction. Now at 10st 5lb!

Got our elliptical(sp?) trainer machine out of the garage last night...only did 5minutes on it, but it's the thought that counts! Will try to do x2 lots of 5 minutes today.

wilbur · 17/01/2006 10:30

I've lost a pound, so now at 11st 12lbs. Havent really eatenb a lot less, but am trying to get moving and walking places I usually drive. Aiming for a 2 pound loss this week.

me23 · 17/01/2006 10:33

I've put 2lb back on from last week so 10st 6, still 1 pound lighter than i was at begining (trying to look on the brightside

Furball · 17/01/2006 10:39

amouse - if you could send your email address to furball(at)link2me.co.uk - I will send you a copy of 'the chart' Thursday morning.

OP posts:
JenumGeranium · 17/01/2006 10:55

ok Furball - not a problem! I can pretend it means I lost it though!

OMG Will I be the only one with a - next to my weight? Oh the shame of it

figleaf · 17/01/2006 12:22

12 st 10 for me so another 2lb down.

Don`t worry about the chart Furball I Blind cc it to everyone as a pdf after I get yours. We all must have had at least one version of the chart last week as no one contacted me to say they missed out.

Well done everyone on losses or otherwise. Rome wasn`t built in a day and all that.

tangerinecath · 17/01/2006 12:27

Hi girls

I've put 1lb back on this week, so I'm back where I started at 15st 11
I actually thought it might be more as I've been really bad this week.

Still, it's a new week now so I can start again. I'm going to start bringing my trainers into work so I can go for a walk at lunchtime, hopefully this will get the weight plummeting.

TambaTheDragonSlayer · 17/01/2006 12:27

My scales are saying +3

But could that be because AF is here? I have been good!!!!

Furball · 17/01/2006 12:28

Thank you!
