I would definitely blame AF Tamba, just think what next week's result will be once all that pesky water retention has disappeared

AF due here too, do you think we're all synchronising???

lost 4 lbs - weight now 8 st 8lb

I went swimming this morning and had a chat with the owner about why I didn't like working out in the gym (I hate the icky feeling you get when you reach a certain point during exercise - bit of a phobia of mine) so she has booked me in for tomorrow to devise a light programme based on toning up my stomach and thighs.

Once I start this I'll hopefully get some results as at the moment although the weights coming off I can't actually see a difference, I won't continue to lose the lbs at the same rate though as I'll be turning the flub into muscle. (hopefully)

Well done everyone whether you lost or not the fact that you are still with the thread shows that you will do it!!!

Stayed the same, which i am really pleased about... still 11st 9lbs.

AF and chocolate cravings this week didnt help, but i will try harder this week.

One other good thing - I AM A NON-SMOKER! Finished reading Allen Carr last night so all is well do far!

Lost a pb this week. Was feeling a bit until I read this & realised it wasn't that bad. 14 weeks of this & I'll have lost a stone!!(thinking positive)

Put on 1lb . Although I suppose it was only to be expected as I am eating again this week, sigh.

OMG I have just eaten one of those ww double choc brownies as recommended by bubblerock!

They are sooooo nice and only 2.5 points! And you get a lot too! I also bought the banoffee ones and choc/toffee ones!

Lost 2lbs so I am down to 10st 2lbs. Discovered yesterday that my favourite restaurant had closed for good. I am so disappointed. Trying to look on the bright side-I might not put on as much weight now that it's shut.

A Malaysian one. Did great nasi lemak, laksa and chickenrice. My DH said we probably kept it going for the last 10 years which is the period we've been going there. Went there to celebrate birthdays, etc and also went there when I had a crap day. Haven't been going there as much since DS was born.

I shouldn't have lost any really cos' I have been slurping & guzzling all weekend along with roast dinners etc. BUT I have stopped crisps, sweets and bacon sandwiches.

I've lost 2lbs! A miracle, as I have somehow managed to eat a pork pie, cheese for pudding on Sunday and quite a bit of wine . Bet I'll pay for it next week.

weight loss 0 this week, have been feeling really down so indulged in a major bout of carbohydrates. So sorry to let the side down, will try to get back on track this week.
