Oooh skinny cow ice cream lollies are to die for!

I have just tried the mint choc chip one! Yum!

I get mine from Tesco (6 for the price of 4 at the mo!).

90 calories per stick - less than 2% fat!

SleepyJess - The syns used to be 'sins' that is why weightwatchers used to say no food is a sin.

Personally I find the word sin fantasic, makes you think you're having something really naughty even if it it's not!

I am having quite a good week eating wise and have spent some time on my air walker! I am determined to have lost some weight next weigh in!

I am feeling hungry today though - not enough water me thinks!

i put on 4lb this week! Its been a very stressufll time, im going to really try when i get back to the uk on wednesday i promise! so im 11.6 st.

God I am having a truly awful week. Haven't managed to the gym at all this week (but still intend to do my 6 mile walk round the park on Sunday) and with the arrival of AF I have been like a tasmanian devil going through every cupboard in the kitchen (Not the fridge cos I've got a photo up there to remind me to keep out!) I need to put cupboard locks on for one week in every month!
Anyway thanks for the chart furball. Now all I need is for a Lardy Lady to come stand guard in my kitchen and shout Hullabaloo - NOOOOOOOOOOO!
Ach tomorrow is another day and I shall try to be good. (I can be good all day at work then I come home........)

I have excercised a wee bit and spent most of the time trying to answer those questions on the other thread - so my brain has been excercised - does that count?

very naughty day for me yesterday- but it was dh's birthday.
Went for a meal, had deep fried prawns (very bad) Tuna steak chips and salad (not so bad) and orange and lemon cheesecake (bad)

didn't succumb to any alcohol though (very good!) so am not too bothered about the excessive calories.

Also have picked up 2 exercise videos from charity shop... Kate (big brother?) doing combat exercise, and Penny Smith( GMTV) ashtanga yoga...

may take a look at them later!

I'm having another crap week, I have no motivation at all too much going on in RL atm for me to concentrate on a diet - bad excuse I know but unfortunately I'm not one of those people who lose their appetite when stressed, rather the reverse in fact.

Now if I could just stay off the white wine and the vodka then I'd be fine

Hi all! Well succumbed to the biscuit tin again! I don't think I want to see next weeks chart as I'm bound to be heavier than my original starting weight! AF has a lot to answer for! Good luck for the weekend girls!
