I'll email the chart out Thursday AM.

If you can't read/open the chart, just sayso in a post and I'll ask Figleaf if she can convert it to a different format and forward it on to you.

GOOD LUCK!!

bubblerock · 21/01/2006 18:11

teacups · 21/01/2006 21:19

Well done Appyday, that's fantastic news! When is LO due?

Am having a vey bad week - DD up teething most of the night, clinging all day, biting my nipples and pinching when feeding quite a lot too. Am feeling rather stressed and a bit miserable. Plus I have to go to work tomorrow which I could really do without. My breakfast this am was a packet of jaffa cakes . Convinced myself that they were mainly air though, which I am sure is not the case.

Many thanks for the charts furball and figgy - thanks for all your hard work. feel a gain coming on over here next week but as soon as RL calms down i'll try to get back on track.

JARM, how is the non smoking going ?

Keep at it ladies, you are keeping me sane if not out of the wine bottle and biscuit tin!

XXX

Congratulations Appyday, What does BFP mean? I may be a bit thick here.

I am bored with dieting. Someone give me some inspiration please. You are all doing so well.

Cabe · 22/01/2006 01:16

appyday · 22/01/2006 14:21

Official date is Sept 12, My reckoning is early Oct, guess there will be no Sept holiday and wedding for me then!

unicorn · 22/01/2006 19:11

bad weekend here
feel I'm swelling up (AF approaching)
and have been eating too much of the wrong stuff.

eg..today I had several pieces of dh's b'day cake

still not drinking though, but don't expect any weight loss this week, infact probably a gain (I usually put on about 3-4lbs pre AF)

bubblerock · 22/01/2006 19:36

I'm finding it really tough this week, foodwise it's easy but I need to get more active, we went to the park today and swam yesterday but it was with the kids so not very high impact! We might play badminton this week as there's a creche at the local sports hall - haven't been before it'll probably kill me!

Charlee · 22/01/2006 19:49

That post from fostermum saying she had put on 4lb was fromme, shes my mum and shes logged in most the time i forgot to change back over.

Anyway im going down hill! i wiegh more that when i started! still not looking to fat though very confusing??? anyway im back in the uk on thursday and im starting again from scratch! im going to be sooooooo well behaved!

hullabaloo · 22/01/2006 21:47

Well I did my 6 mile walk round the park today so felt rather pleased with myself. I am thinking of putting my name down for the race for life in June just to get me motivated. I would love to do the playtex moonwalk and there's going to be one in edinburgh for the first time this year but then I realised you had to power walk a marathon and I don't think i'm fit enough for that...maybe I should make that a goal for next year!? Anyway wasn't toobad today dinner at mum's and when i sneaked a peak at the scales despite having a horrendous week it looks like i may have lost something after all (fingers crossed!!)

JenumGeranium · 23/01/2006 10:56

Well done hullabaloo! A 6 mile walk .

I was thinking of putting my name down for the Race for Life too, but not sure if I will be fit enough!

I have just done the Helen (BB) dance workout video - It was quite good actually. Very easy to follow and did make me sweat so must have been doing something! The tone up bit at the end really killed! But I'm so glad I did it!

Have had a good week diet wise, so I am hoping for a loss tomorrow

bubblerock · 23/01/2006 19:27

I'm not looking forward to tomorrow. I did an online shop and bought really healthy stuff which was great, but I also bought a big bag of nuts and raisins which I thought I could nibble on - they are nearly all gone!

jessicaandrebeccasmummy · 23/01/2006 19:46

ive not shifted anything AGAIN this week - mostly down to lack of money if im honest.... just cant afford all the healthy stuff, so been living on crappy processed crap. Tax credits and child benefit go in tomorrow though so am making a fresh start. I hate the last 2 weeks of the month because i am always skint.

hullabaloo · 23/01/2006 23:35

Jenumgeranium - The park beside us is fab and you could probably go much longer walks through the woods etc but I just do 6 miles round the lake. On a Sunday it's lovely and everyone says good morning to you! So I've beeen trying to go every Sunday for the past month or so. I think you should sign up for the race for life I'm not overly fit either but it's not till June and you can walk or run. Go for it girl! I'm definitely signing up for it. I need a mission! Besides if I think another Lardy Lady is doing it too it will really motivate me!!!

Charlee · 24/01/2006 04:37

OK! I'm flying to the uk tomorrow! Then I WILL LOOSE WEIGHT!!

Im going to do some research and make myself an excersise schedual and STICK TO IT!
