Can you believe we are starting our third year together? We always said we were in this for the long haul, well we weren't kidding!

So stay and enjoy success, the support and the lunacy. There will be ups and downs, but we will do this together.

We've settled into our new home nicely thanks, feel like we've been here for years, the kids love their new schools, so that is one worry off our minds and we have just found out that DS has got into our first choice secondary schoolGrin.

Well done Smalline - it's difficult to lose weight when you've got so much on your plate.

My post was a bit abrupt as I was about to leave for the airport. I'm down to 12 stone 2lb - didn't quite manage to break the 11stone barrier before my holiday. If some could update the list for me, I'd be really grateful (difficult from the Touch).

Of course, being in a chalet run by a company called Ski Cuisine probably means I'll put it all back on again in a week Blush

Piste, I am ordering myself some knitting needles tonight to make a scarf with a bunny rabbit to go in its pocket (I know it's spring!).

12 st 5lb - so, a 3lb gain. Given the excellence of the food (4 course meals every night! Grin) that's not too bad. Wink

My skiing was very good - which ironically probably contributed to the weight gain as I now ski much more efficiently and don't expend as much energy as I used to.

I love skiing. I really do, cept moguls, but DC love whipping down those. The black runs in the US don't tend to be groomed at all so are mogully. I like flat out speed you see! Grin

Me too. Super GS is my preferred "style"! Don't mind a few bumps but prefer nice groomed pistes, no matter the steepness.

Hello!! I am here. Have been off the lo carb and diet for a month - various meals, school holidays and wisdom tooth out meant my weight quickly settled at 11st 4. Found 3-4 go straight back on after lo carb, must be water or something. Am back on it now though, ready for summer.

I'm lurking, but really struggling to 'get in the zone'. Alot going on I just can't focus really.

Like Blondes the weight is piling back on, I just can't motivate myself to lose it, feeling a bit low :(

Both of you need to weigh in this week. The longer you don't the longer you will be in denial and the bigger you will get. Stern words now!!! I want to see both of you with weigh ins tomorrow. If you don't want to do anything diet wise once you have at least try and maintain and not make it even worse. But sticking your heads in the sand is not the way to go - as I proved by going all the way back up again myself.

Right lecture over ;-)

I weighed on Monday but didn't post, I had sts. Just starting to feel a bit frumpish again...but that may be hormonal!! I've been reasonably healthy, but picking alot. Plus come the evenings I just don't have the energy to cook something seperate for me, I'm so exhausted all the time (No idea why, might me MS fatigue). I have soup alot but have been eating more and more of the same stuff as DH & DD, which isn't bad but isn't exactly salad IYKWIM? Plus we have had so many events/parties/gatherings the past couple of months it's hard to stay on the wagon!

Bebe, sts is good! You're still four stone down - and managing to maintain. I'm sure when the weather gets nicer it will be easier to drop that half a stone or so. Just don't hide away from it x

I seem to have settled at 10:4, my aim in maintaining is not to let it go over 10:7, under 10 was perhaps a bit low for me, although I quite liked it. So am still maintaining here.

ok slinks - im back and very unhappy as put on 99% of the weight i lost :(

i just cant get to grips with the new ww :( so have abandoned ship and trying sw
