Yay - managed to lose a pound since my midweek weigh-in :) so I can post a STS 
trying to delude myself that it is even better than that dues to the muscles I must already be developing from doing "Ripped in 30" 
if only the aching muscles were proof
That means that as long as I lose some more between now and next Sunday, I'll be lighter than I was when I went on holiday last year if not as light as I would like to be
And of course, there's the meet-up on the 28th to consider! :)
