Can you believe we are starting our third year together? We always said we were in this for the long haul, well we weren't kidding!

So stay and enjoy success, the support and the lunacy. There will be ups and downs, but we will do this together.

Yes, I ate too much. Just went off the boil last Sunday as did race for life and ate pasty, chocolate brownie, roast dinner, chocolate Blush and didn't do that 1/3 of the plate thing - 1/3 salad. Lack of focus really.

But I have just had a sneaky look at the scales and I am a couple of lb down. I wi on wednesday and hoping for good result this week.

My weigh in is tomorrow. Think it will be sts only as that seems my pattern lately.

Though bought three pairs of trousers from the next oulet in a ten. The idea was to slim into them. Only they fit!!!

I tried my dress on I wore summer before last to a big wedding Sad could get it on but didn't look good. I need to wear it to a big party on 22nd July.

Can't afford to buy another one. 5 more wi to go, it really is time to focus for me, I am aiming for 12lb by that time.

Maintaining here and keeping it between 10 and 10:7. Going well although I want to be under 10 for the summer so back on BIWIs Bootcamp. Find it hard tO drink enough water tbh. But can do the lowcarb part v easily

Blush Have been forgetting to WI. Did weight myself this morning and I was +1lb Sad - but hopefully by Friday I can be back to 12st 6lb and post a STS.

Off on holiday a week on Sunday, just for week but bikini will be worn and then of course I'm meeting a number of you at the end of the month, so I'd better get focused! Grin

this may be a strange question - Smokin/Piste are you blood group O positive?

I was looking at the blood group diet (mine is O positive) and apparently people with this blood group thrive on a high protein low carb diet and plenty of vigorous exercise. It is recommended to cut out dairy also and eggs.

After 3 days of Ripping, I'm still in agony Hmm. and Weeks 1 and 2 are supposed to be "easy" before getting down to the harder Weeks 3 and 4 Blush

Yay - managed to lose a pound since my midweek weigh-in :) so I can post a STS Hmm

trying to delude myself that it is even better than that dues to the muscles I must already be developing from doing "Ripped in 30" Grin

if only the aching muscles were proof

That means that as long as I lose some more between now and next Sunday, I'll be lighter than I was when I went on holiday last year if not as light as I would like to be

And of course, there's the meet-up on the 28th to consider! :)

Just told dh that I'm the same weight now as I was last year when we went on holiday. He said that I looked heavier Sad

...but he was very supportive about losing more, suggesting that we agree a menu for the next week that will be as "helpful" to my diet objectives as possible. Smile
