Can you believe we are starting our third year together? We always said we were in this for the long haul, well we weren't kidding!

So stay and enjoy success, the support and the lunacy. There will be ups and downs, but we will do this together.

I don't know my blood type trimmer. I didn't need injections when pregnant, so that makes me positive I think? And I'm sure I was an o. So maybe I am o positive. Eggs I love though - just had ones from next doors chickens :-)

Tried Week 2 of "Ripped in 30" today. It's horrible Hmm

Even the warm-up is difficult. Then, it has Plank Jacks and Mountain Climbers in the same circuit of aerobics and then Plank squat thrusts in another circuit. And one of the strength exercises I can't even do 'cos I've got wee short arms (sitting with legs outstretched and arms down by your side and then raising up on your arms and feet and straightening your back. Given that I can only reach the ground with my finger tips, it makes it tres diffiile :()

But it's all for a good cause Grin

Down to 12stone 4lb this morning - 2lb off over the week and it means that I'll be a whole Shock 2lb lighted than I was when I went on holiday last year! :):)

I'll maybe do a sneaky extra weigh-in tomorrow to see if I can make it 3lb! Grin

Somehow the Ripped DVD failed to make it into the suitcaseWink, so I'm having a week off! Grin

I am however cycling and swimming a lot, so I'll just have to hope that that minimises the damage of holiday alcohol food.

I am currently sitting in a wee taverna on the harbour front, drinking an iced coffee, while dh and ds finish their game of tennis. Fortunately I can't play

Well, I've had a weeks holiday, my sons birthday, my birthday, am off work, and this morning I was still 10 st 4, so not bad going really. Would like to get down to 10 still, but I am so happy to have maintained through everything - especially a new man :-)

All well here, finding maintaining a challenge, but aiming to stay around the 10:7 mark or below, holidays are always slightly harder I find

Maintaining is hard - especially when people are all "you've lost the weight now relax and eat cake" argh!!

Am 10 3 this morning but big party tomorrow night so Monday may not ve kind ;-)

And holidays, especially this six week one with ice cream - are hard. My aim was to not go over 10 7 as well, but glad I've kept it down as it shows on my shortness!!

Smokin well done on maintaining Smile definitely ignore the "relax and eat cake" brigade because that's how I gained all my weight again. I agree about holidays being hard.

Piste well done on maintaining.

Anyway, I have done myself a chart up until Christmas. I want to lose 2 stone, gained quite a lot lately Sad Since Monday I have been doing well, sticking to sw. Got salmon and stir fried veg planned for tea.

I can't bear to update the list until I've wi next wednesday when I hope not to weigh more than the start of this thread Blush
