LOTI, sorry to hear your ankle is still poorly - is it an old injury? I managed to tweak my knee earlier, jumping over DD2 on the stairs (don't ask). However we walked to some local gardens and around there and my MapMyRun reckoned about 5k, so a few more cals to play with.
Have had grapefruit and soup & half a slice of bread so far, so doing ok. However mum brought a cake and no doubt there will be a glass of
later. Just need to keep on with small portions and logging and i should be ok.
Fjorn -Do some exercise today if you can as it will give you an energy boost out of your lethargy. Do it!!!!!! or we will kick you off
