Hey Cheese Lite!!! Nice to see you back. Have been in a bit of a huff (with MN, not you lovely crew) becuse I did three long posts in the last two days and when I posted I lost them and the site kicked me out. I was very cross, but I have been keeping up with the gossip.

Missed the list as I have just gotten in. I lost 2lb again this week, Start weight 12st 3lb, Current weight 11st 6lb, Total loss so far 11lb, 24 lb to Xmas countdown

Did a Zumba class tonight and ,...really,.....I have neither the bladder control nor the co ordination for such a class - but it was fun and it is exercise...so I will go again, despite looking like nothing the teacher had ever seen in her life!

Cheeseandbiscuits · 21/09/2011 22:33

Oh ria sounds like you had a lovely day, glad you enjoyed.

Well done pushka. who has pissed you off on MN? Want me to duff them up for you? I love zumba,it's bloody hilarious. I no longer have the pelvic floor that o used to have. So I have about 4 pees before. My instructor flings herself around in a crop top and tight shorts - she is my thinspiration!

kid · 21/09/2011 22:42

I'm putting zumba for the kinect on my Christmas list (along with a new laptop/iPad, boots, coat, clothes, money)

I don't think anyone has P'd Pushka off, its just that she types out a message and when she posts it, it diappears.
That kept happening to me, so what I do now is, I select all the message and copy it. Then if it does disappear, I can at least try and paste it rather than have to type the whole thing out again. That can be so annoying, especially if I am sending it from my phone!

LittlePushka · 21/09/2011 22:43

Think I had about 4 wees during... Blush

I am not narked with anybody, just that my posts disappear when I press post and I have to log in again. it is SO irritating,...happens all the time grrrr!

But am loving the thought of you as my minder!! Wink

LittlePushka · 21/09/2011 22:49

Hi kid. You feeling better now my lovely? How is your new class settling in?

B: Weetabix Crunchy Bran
L: Jacket spud with beans and a fried egg
D: Pasta with tinned tomatoes and quorn chicken

2 bits of birthdaycake - no clue how many sins but it was a spiderman one and DS was being so kind in dishing it out I felt I needed to encourage that.

timidviper · 21/09/2011 22:58

Just a quick pop in to say hello to you all.

My jaw problem is resolving slowly which is good but I have just come back from a week's holiday having put on 5lbs which is not so good!

Have got quite a few family events coming up in next 2 weeks so am going to have to just tread carefully but hope to be back on the diet and behaving again after that. Am consoling myself with the thoughts that I had a good holiday and, even having put some back on I am still almost 1.5 stone lighter than before I started.

Hope you are all well

LittlePushka · 21/09/2011 23:07

Hi timid - 5lb in a week sounds like a good holiday!

Cheeseandbiscuits · 21/09/2011 23:11

Waves at timid. Glad your jaw is on the mend. 1.5 stone is awesome, how was your hol?

pushka spiderman cake must be syn free, ESP if it is so nicely shared. Annoying about the posts, I'd be bloody narked. kid suggestion is a good'un.

I have been bad and had bread and butter pudding with ice cream! Ah well.

kid · 21/09/2011 23:14

Yay timid you can be in my gang as I gained too this week. Not that I' proud of gaining but its better that I'm not alone lol

My new class are angels pushka, they are just so lovely and super easy to keep in line. They are only 7-8 so haven't developed an attitude yet.

I'm feeling fine thanks, the sore throat I had must have been down to tiredness which I expected as I've had far too many late nights and early mornings. Its really not good going to bed close to 1am and being up at 6:30am. I'm getting at least 2 hours more sleep a night now which I really need!

While making dinner tonight (chicken Fajita) I made extra and put it aside for tomorrows lunch. I think that will be the best thing for me to do as it means I don't have to worry about all of my meals, just dinner as breakfast is weetabix during the week and egg on toast at weekends.

Cheeseandbiscuits · 22/09/2011 11:32

Hop you manage to get some rest kid

I'm driving up to my mums today.failed to have breakfast, god know what I will have for lunch but dinner will be SW friendly! Anyway, off to the west country I go.

Sofabitch · 22/09/2011 14:57

Hey guys. Sorry I've not been on much I hope you're all ok. I've just finished a 25 hour shift and am exhausted. I'm sat outside the school waiting for kick out time. Today has been fab.
B- loads of berries and yoghurt
L- supernoodles and broccoli
D- um pass I'll look at the menu when I het home
S- plums an 2 alpen light.

I've just had a visit from aunt flow. Which is great because hopefully by next weigh in all the water retention should be gone. So I'm hoping for a good loss.

kid · 22/09/2011 16:14

25 hour shift Shock, I sometimes complain about having to work for 6 hours

I had such a filling lunch today, I didn't even have space for my apple. So, today has been completely on plan and I know what I'm making for dinner (so I also know what I'm having for lunch tomorrow) I've also volunteered to make lunch for a colleague who is going through a very tough time at the moment (her dad has terminal cancer and is literally living on borrowed time)

Friday tomorrow already, this week has gone really fast for me.

Sofabitch · 22/09/2011 18:16

I still haven't thought about dinner. I'm glad you had a good day. Can anyone tell me is 7 syns for chicken chow mien the size portion that comes from the Chinese.?

Cheeseandbiscuits · 22/09/2011 21:50

I think so sofa but will check in the morning. 25hr shift, blimey! Hope you are now in bed asleep.
Had a rough couple of nights with DD, hoping for a better one tonight.
Did you get to the gym kid? what a pain about your gym buddy.

kid · 22/09/2011 22:04

I didn't go gym, I should have known she wouldn't go tbh, she always has an excuse ready. Usually I just go by myself but last week, we had to partner up and I really hated it. Especially as the person I worked with could do about a million sit-ups without even breaking out in a sweat! That was what we had to do, lock legs and sit-up to meet in the middle. No thanks! Grin

I've got cardio booked for Sunday, actually I'm on the waiting list as the class is booked but I'll turn up anyway and assume they won't actually check if I'm on the list or not.

Other cardio class is on Tuesday which is fine for me to attend by myself. I had to cook DH and DC dinner tonight and then do mine afterwards. At least my lunch is sorted for tomorrow, just need to put it in the fridge.

I'm worried that I'm doing SW wrong now after my disasterous DoD.
What do you think of todays food?

B: Weetabix, milk, tea

L: Chicken fajita (chicken breast in herbs, spinach, rice, peppers)

D: Rich tomato fusili (pasta, passata, peppers, onions, celery, olives, artificial sweetener, red wine vinegar)

Snacks: curly wurly

As I tend to try and do EE, I only have 1 HEa and B which was weetabix and milk.

I haven't planned the rest of the week yet, but I think I might have some prawns or something for dinner tomorrow instead of a takeaway like we usually do. Maybe I can only treat myself to a takeaway if I have a loss that week?

Sofabitch · 23/09/2011 06:48

Kid if you are following EE then there is no red day foods in your dinner? Other than that it sounds ok? Are you drinking squash or fruit juice in the day?

I snack loads on fruit yesterday I ate 10 plums Blush lol

Thanks cheese if it's only 7 syns for half a tub then I won't be able to have any alcohol Angry lol.
I sent hubby out to get me a cooked chicken from asda last night. Mmmmm so I had salad chicken and new potatoes.

I do one long shift a week. It's a killer, I can sleep for part of it but it's really hard to lol. That is also when I crave rubbish food and there is always sweets and biscuits in the office Angry

Today is looking good
B- fruit and yoghurt and a hifi bar
L- chicken salad and new potatoes. 4 syns for light salad cream.
D- fish jacket potato and asparagus 4 syns in the fish sauce.
S- plums and whatever I get at the petrol station. I might get some cut fruit pots. Yummy.

kid · 23/09/2011 08:16

I was going to add some chicken to dinner but dh ate it all!
During the day, I drink tea or diet coke. I only drink water at the gym.

Glad it's Friday. I'm definitely going clothes shopping tomorrow. I haven't spent any of my wages and dh gets paid today Grin

Cheeseandbiscuits · 23/09/2011 09:33

Urgh kid I wouldn't want to do sit ups with some super fit skinny. Don't blame you. That menu looks fine to me, I don't have meat every day.

Still feeling like crap. DH goes back on nights tonight but at least mum is around to help me. DD has decided 530 is an ideal time to wake up - Grrr.

Food looks like:
B: Weetabix (HEB) and blueberries
L: Lentil soup and fruit
D: slimming world fish pie and veggies
Which makes me syn free today...wonder if I am up to a gin and slimline later?

LakeFlyPie · 23/09/2011 11:53

Bonjour Smile

Sneaks back in and waves sheepishly....

Well got back from hols 10 days ago after baguettes aplenty and MIL SW unfriendly fruit and veg rations and was amazed to find only a 2lb gain which I then followed with a weeks worth of ridiculous scoffingBlush
Haven't assessed the damage yet but the size 14 jeans I'd recently squeezed back into are feeling very much snugger.

Have been trying to catch up with thread but it's moving fast so will just dive in and wave to everyone with a round of applause for the losses and a belated get well card for Cheese, glad you're on the mend.

Love the idea of the Christmas countdown, will sign up for 1 stone by then.

Need to seriously get back on track so will get my head in menu planning mode and report back for weigh in at next week's DOD.

Food today:
BF: All bran + banana + sk milk
L: Beans on toast
D: Spag bol

kid · 23/09/2011 17:10

Did I say no takeaway tonight? I lied Grin

Dh is home late so I'll leave his in the microwave and escape to my parents for a few hours. It's just me and ds here as dd had gone to her nans for the weekend so it's nice and quiet. The dog is whining so maybe I'll walk him or feed him for some peace.

Sofabitch · 23/09/2011 17:45

Haha kid well it is Friday after all Grin. I've just had fish rice and carrots cooked by dh as he was home first. It was scrummy. I'm off to a virgin vie party tonight. So I have to avoid the nibbles I'm driving so drinks shouldn't be a problem. Although I'm shattered and could do with an early night it's so rare I go out there is no way I'm bailing lol

grinningbee · 23/09/2011 18:32

I'm baaaaaaaaaaaaack! Grin

Just quickly, and I will read everything I missed later, I have been extraordinarily bad.

List of naughty food;

Chocolate
Alcohol
Chinese food (yum)
Pizza
Fried chicken
White bread with butter and jam
Scone
Birthday cake
Biscuits
Crisps
Chip shop chips

But I am not planning anymore naughtiness until Christmas. I shall be checking the scales and crying to see what damage I have done later. Can someone please give me a big kick or slap for all the rubbish I ate Sad

Hope you are all well.

Got to feed the dc now, but back later on...

OP posts:
Sofabitch · 23/09/2011 18:43

Well at least you had a good time. Grin im sure you can get it back off over the next few weeks x

Cheeseandbiscuits · 23/09/2011 18:47

Thanks for the card lake. Glad you had a good hol, where you been?

kid enjoy the takeaway, it is Friday after all!

Good to have you back bee. I am pleased you had a lovely holiday after all. Don't worry about the food, everyone is allowed a break every now and then.

ameRIAcansmooth · 23/09/2011 21:17
