Kid you sound like you are doing brilliantly with your exercise. I hate the gym and going to classes, but unlike you, don?t push through it and get to the ?Thank god I went in the end? stage
Very jealous of your baggy size 14s! I bought my first size 14 clothes for a looooooong time the other day and it was a great feeling. Size 12 is quite a way off though.

I have been messing about, not doing the diet properly, not really gaining, not really getting anywhere etc for such a long time now. My SW book kind of reads -0.5lb, maintain, maintain, -0.5lb, maintain. Its pathetic really. I am 2.5 lbs off the magic three stone sticker, and 15.5lbs from target but I have a fantastic self-destruct button and I seem to do anything I can to jeopordise actually getting to where I want to be. I?ve got a party to go to in two weeks time and I know that I could have got to target by now and looked nice for it ? instead I?m going to be covering up my arms and my tummy and feeling out of place like I do every year
Well, enough self-pity for now! I?ll see what I can do about it this week.
