1.5 hobnobs? Where did the other half go lol!
I shared a big bag of haribo with DS1 and DS2. Then had 3 penguin bars Blush.

I had a prawn cocktail sandwich, bag of crisps and.......the smallest square of millionaires shortbread that was available (but it was still a good size!) didn't have time to cook, as ds had lots of after school activities one after the other.

I've had me bran flakes this morning.

tea is..........chinese, = crispy duck, other starters and a couple of mains Blush well the duck was heavily reduced probably by 50p in sainsburys

Furball · 27/05/2011 07:58

I thought that too about the 1/2 a hob nob.

now 3 x penguin bars? IMHO not worth the excess calories there tortoise - you need to choose something that is quality to make the product at least satisfying - I'll have to send you some millionaires shortbread! Wink Grin

Tortoise · 27/05/2011 08:34

That's all there was in the cupboard!
So far today - strawberry Nutrigrain bar.

Smalline · 27/05/2011 09:59

Well it was 2 bites of a hobnob that my son had left in his plate, probably less than half a hobnobGrin.

So far today,
1 cup of tea 2 sugars
2 boiled eggs, 1 pear, green tea.

(I love a cup of tea with sugar first thing in the morning)! I don't usually have sugar in anything else during the day, drinks, porridge, etc. strange isn't itSmile.

MarionCole · 27/05/2011 11:56

Breakfast today was small bowl of special k and I slice wholemeal toast with peanut butter, lunch was tomato soup and 1 slice of toast and dinner 2 egg omelet and salad. Quite good but am trying hard to resist having a small chocolate cake!

Half an easter egg (DS2 wanted me to share his egg!)

Well done small! That's fantastic. I've been eating with gay abandon today.

Smalline · 28/05/2011 21:34

Thanks Marion and Tortoise yes I am thrilled I couldn't believe it when I jumped on the scales this morning. Marion I do believe in having a day or 2 off a week.

Have just been out for a Indian meal, it's our 12th Wedding Anniversary tomorrow, food was so delicious but I really struggled and had to bring half of it home, I had plain rice with lamb cooked in onions, peppers and spices with a cucumber, tomato & onion salad, it was so deliciousSmile.

Tortoise I couldn't have pringles in the house cos I know I would do the same.

MarionCole · 28/05/2011 21:39

Race you to 11 small!

lovechocolate · 29/05/2011 01:38

Bugger, put 1lb on which is Not Good News.

My mum came to stay and brought a big box of home made biscuits, then DH came back from Belgium with a box of chocolates which I couldn't stop eating. And I also cooked too much food. The only way I'm going to be 12st by theh end of May is if I lose 4lbs today Hmm

theothermrsclooney · 31/05/2011 09:03

Hi, can i join in? I am currently 12 stone 10lb having started at 13st 5lb 4 weeks ago. I did 2 weeks of the Idiot Proof Diet and lost 6lbs but was constipated, had headaches and didn't like all the fat! Have since registered with www.myfitnessplan.com (think it is like food focus?) and log my food and exercise. I was doing really well until last Friday when it was our weeding anniversary and we went out for a yummy curry. I immeadiately put 2lbs on and have since struggled to loose an ounce! I am 5'11" and want to get down to 12st 4lb.

Tortoise · 31/05/2011 09:03

Oh dear Marion. Were the chocolates nice? Grin
I want to do better today but have no idea what to eat for breakfast. Haven't got much in the house and milk always seems to make me feel ill if I have it in the morning.

Tortoise · 31/05/2011 09:05

pancakes, scrambled/boiled/poached eggs on toast Tortoise

Oh dear Marion a little glitch, pick yourself up, dust yourself off and carry on where you left off, 1lb isn't a lot and it will soon be back off again, easy come, easy go I sayGrin.

Hello & welcome theothermrsclooney, you've done really well so far and haven't got that much further to go, I always find the last few stones pounds really hard to loseGrin, are you weighing yourself too often do you think? could there be other factors for the weight gain? time of the month or anything like that

Right I'm off the alcohol until Friday, so far today I have had

2 cup tea 2 sugars
porridge with hemp seeds & raisins, green tea

Roast chicken for dinner tonight, not sure what I am having for lunch.

MarionCole · 31/05/2011 09:54

Hello MrsC, well done with what you have done so far, you're nearly there now!

Chocolates were divine.

So far this morning:
Two cups of tea
Just eating a slice of toast and marmite.

Tortoise · 31/05/2011 09:57

Not keen on eggs. Pancakes need something on them. I really am a fussy mare! Haven't had anything yet. Just water to drink!
