Well done on biscuit swerves Star - don't worry about the exercise - it will come soon enough Smile. You have 2 littlies at home and sure I never managed much other than the odd stomp with the double buggy.

1k run, 1 hour Pilates. Will try and walk to school for pickup if I can persuade dh to mend the single buggy......

1/2kg down so not too bad and I managed to go to 1hr hot yoga class last night that I really enjoyed.

+1 here but I suppose I was out for dinner on weds. Still very frustrating as the rest of of the food/exercise has been pretty good. I may have to give cabbage soup another go to kick myself off this plateau.

I am evens which is a blooming miracle as no exercise since Sunday.

Back finally easing off so going to try Pilates this am to see if I can stretch out a bit, happy if I last 20 mins!!

sazz I feel your pain and double it to +2 Blush although I am hoping to be able to blame it on all the carbs I had yesterday (croissants, bacon butties, fish & chips, chocolate cake...) although looking at that list there may be some extra fat round my middle today Blush

star DH has a phobia about aniseed (too much pernod as a young 'un) so have never tried to cook fennel. Does look yummy though.

A quick blast at the gym.. 20 minutes on the stair master which is the most brutal machine ever, 10 on stepper and 5 on powerplate.. 565 cals...

Sazz what do u do on powerplate? I do lunges, stretches and the dreaded plank.. But wondered if u had any inspiration??

How are you feeling today fjorny??

No gym today as i am feeling like i have been run over by an ice road trucker Hmm

LOTI - i mainly do stretches as i use it to cool down after runs/circuits. So i do 2 lots of 45 seconds on 40/High of

  1. Hamstring stretches (fold over in 2)
  2. Calf raises - up on tiptoes and back down again
  3. Quad squats - down as low as possible (bum to the wall in Jillian speak)

If i am doing a longer set i do some stomach crunches (30/Low), plank, tricep dips, press ups and back relaxors

Still no exercise but at least have been reasonably good with my food intake today.

Ok so I killed myself today Hmm

Did 30 mins on stepper at level 20... I am an idiot but burned 755 cals for my troubles.. And 5 mins powerplate with sazz's moves Smile

So now I look like this AngryAngryAngryAngry hoping to fade to this BlushBlushBlush by school run Smile
