No weigh in for me as some ale was supped last night. I did walk over a mile to the pub though, so that must have done some good. Right? 
1hr circuits this morning which was painful as i pulled my back yesterday courtesy of Jillian and her silly moves. However, feels ok ish now. Off out to a friends tonight so i am anticipating wine and pizza

Welcome Merlion, as Fjorn said, healthy eating at least 5 days out of 7 and 4x Exersazz per week. However we have all worked out if you want good proper losses, then healthy eating needs to be 7/7
When i lost my 4+ stone i used Food Focus where you log all food and exercise. When i followed it properly i lost what it said i should and was c.2lb per week. Good luck with it, and let us know if you would prefer the bootcamp style hardcore kick up the ass support, or more gentle handholding. We can supply either
