noway - I second the smoothie thing - I had for breakfast a handful of raspberried and a vanilla yog with a splash of milk - it was thick and so fruity and healthy as I made it myself! Bought some rhubarb today and chopped it up and mixed in plain yog - that was delicious as well!

Bath time for me - busy day and back in work tomorrow Sad

Littlefish · 13/04/2011 21:29

My Dukan weight came out at 12stone 8 which is over a stone more than my WW online goal weight. (I like it!)

Blondeshavemorefun · 13/04/2011 21:29

i havnt had any tea as im stuffed from the pizza and cakes i ate at the easter egg party Blush

Wizzler Wine is chilling. :) My dilemma... Do I exercise restraint, drink some & have a Magnum too, or forsake the ice-cream & guzzle vino 'til my heart's content!?

Sometimes being a veggie who struggles to eat all her daily PP has the odd benefit.

Blondeshavemorefun · 13/04/2011 21:31

drink the wine

'evil cackle'

OP posts:
HeyH0 · 13/04/2011 21:45

Wine is open...

LolaLadybird · 13/04/2011 21:50

OMG, can practically smell the wine HeyHo Envy Grin. Have forsaken the vino in favour of sweet things since starting WW and am really missing it.

Trouble is if I was having the wine, I would also be wanting Kettle Chips to go with it!!

Enjoy ...

debs39 · 13/04/2011 21:56

heyho am timing you re how long it takes until it is all finished!!!!

PS TMI time...after doing PP ( more protein and cutting carbs ) had a bingey carb day...felt guilty so went for run...and ha ha very nearly did go for a run.....big run(s)......makes you realise how after eating more balanced food plan, going off plan can cause havoc not just with the scales......note to self - bingey carb-fests and guilt induced exercise do not mix :( Am currently dying quietly........................

HeyH0 · 13/04/2011 21:57

Bar the Magnum I only have veg in the house & now I've had a sip of vino I can't be arsed searching for savoury goodies. Wink

Tomorrow, I'm back on the low-ish GL/point counting wagon. Honest.

NoWayNoHow · 13/04/2011 21:59

Hell, my True Weight came out as 9st 2lbs!! Shock

I guess it must be something to do with the lightest and heaviest you've ever been, and the fact that I'm fine boned, appaz, but still that's another 8lbs when my WW goal is only another 3lbs. Sigh...

vnmum · 13/04/2011 21:59

link for true weight calculator is here

LolaLadybird · 13/04/2011 22:04

I think ignore the true weight calculator if it isn't good news! Wink

Piffle · 13/04/2011 22:06

That Dukan recommends me at 9st 4 or 59kg
I aimed for 58.5 so we concur :)
I do have fine bones but amazing how much weight you can stack on!
Had a blah day today
All bran semi skim
Frittata spinach and feta
Beef casserole and cabbage
In addition to that excellent PP menu I snaffled
2 hob nobs, a can of lager, a tiny box of mini smarties, a mini crunch corner and a mini callipo ice lolly Blush
I did manage 30 minute dog walk with the non sick dog
Tomorrow my fit flop clogs arrive - a stupid bursitis on my Achilles means I can't wear 99% of my shoes so walking has been impossible.
So will be out walking again yippee!

vnmum · 13/04/2011 22:11

i see i was too late with link, sorry (posted it before catching up on thread)

Noway my true weight came up as 9st 4lb (i'm 5ft4). I thought i was normal to large boned coz of broadish shoulders but according to him i am fine boned. My WW goal is 10st 5lb (although i did set it at highest end of BMI so i could stop paying asap, I did really want a goal of between 9st 7lb and 9st, so my true weight isn't so far off what i was thinking)

Heyho, Blondes I also have the 10 min solutions kettlebell dvd and that is quite good for more traditional kettlebell exercises. I used to do that with a 5kg bell

vnmum · 13/04/2011 22:13

piffle i am Envy of your fitflop clogs. I LOVE my fitflops, comfiest things i have ever worn on my feet

ShouldersBackAndNoBiscuits · 13/04/2011 22:14

I am scared of the Dukan diet website. I'm not going there again. True weight was 10 st. but I don't think I'd trust that man as far as I can throw him!

Willabywallaby · 13/04/2011 22:40

Too scared to go on Dukan website now.

Just checking in with WI, I lost 4lb!! Can't believe it as haven't been good. Tried some pink cords on that were hiding at the back of my wardrobe and I got them on. Bit tight though.

See if I can sustain the weight, it means I'm in the 9st bracket, quite shocked.

Blondeshavemorefun · 13/04/2011 22:52

Well done willa

I'm so Envy

Fab you are in your pink cords :)

OP posts:
ShouldersBackAndNoBiscuits · 13/04/2011 22:56

Well done willaby that's fab! What shade of pink are the cords? [Intrigued]

Willabywallaby · 13/04/2011 22:59

They're pale pink v old, but a (big) size 12.

hmc · 13/04/2011 23:00

IHeart - it was a while ago you asked now, but 14/15 pp for a McD's smoothie!

Good luck re lunch with mad woman tomorrow androbbob

LittleFriendSusan - size 12 trousers, you minx!

Well done on losses Shoulders and Benbon

My WI today, only 2lb lost over a fortnight (didn't go last week) but fair enough result given the two consecutive booze fuelled BBQ's I attended over the weekend! Cumulative weight loss now 43.5lbs

Just consumed 10 of my new week's allocation of weekly propoints tonight as half a bottle of red wine, and am steaming now (God I am a cheap date these days)

Just want to check something - has anyone else totally given up chocolate, cakes and biscuits? - my last choc / cake / biscuit consumed was at Christmas. I believe (possibly completely erroneously) that there is no such thing as the naturally slim person and those who remain trim (especially in middle age) are ever vigilant - even if it is on a subconscious level. With 'sweet' carbs being so addictive and crave inducing it only works for me if I am go completely cold turkey on them - then I can ignore them with ease. I couldn't do what some of you do and restrict myself to a creme egg once in a while or the odd WW cake - because one would become ten! Is that just me?

hmc · 13/04/2011 23:02

Well done on the 4lbs lost Willaby

hmc · 13/04/2011 23:02

Oh so pissed Blush

I meant McD 'milkshake' Iheart

vnmum · 13/04/2011 23:09

well done willaby and hmc
hmc I haven't given up sweet stuff but think i might give it a try as like you said they are craving inducing and i do tend to use all my weeklies on a sweet carb binge over a few days which i'm sure isn't good. It certainly isn't the mindset of a slim person anyway

hmc · 13/04/2011 23:10

Just had to add something (excuse my drunken ramblings) - isn't a kettlebell just a dumbbell in a different shape? What does it do that dumbbells don't?
