Thank fook for that blondes Grin and a big well done to Iona and piffle.

Funnily enough I too threw away some old jeans yesterday - does help psychologically I think.

Well I weighed in, really didn't want to after the rubbish 2 weeks of alcohol and silliness but have managed to pull off a sts so moderately relieved. The extra long walks obviously helped.

Just have anniversary dinner tonight, boozy lunch and gig with old friend tomorrow and then I have no social engagements for 2 weeks thank God! Looking forward to lots more walking days out, sticking to pp plan and being strong about saying no to alcohol.

In 2 weeks I have family visiting for DDs birthday so would be nice to be feeling lighter!

Blondeshavemorefun · 01/04/2011 19:27

i know jojo or else no one lifes on here would be pleasant - well done for sts :)

NoWayNoHow · 01/04/2011 19:51

JoJo good result, especially if you were worried about the last two weeks. Enjoy your anniversary dinner tonight!

debs39 · 01/04/2011 19:59

adieu adieu remember me...signing off and good luck :)

hmc · 01/04/2011 20:06

sts very good considering jojo

Did a bit of work on my boring assignment today but managed to wrangle an extension out of my tutor so shoehorned in my usual exercise session. Tried a new fitness DVD today
UK biggest loser trainers - phew!

  • was great. Ache in all sorts of places, and got proper sweat going. Found the inclusion of larger people in the DVD quite motivating since there was a bit of "if she can do it - and she is carrying more weight than me, then I blimmin well can"
Blondeshavemorefun · 01/04/2011 20:12

happy anni jojo enjoy meal

i did a new body combat class today and routine was so hard, but rem girls no pain no gain (or loss in our case lol)

Blondes WOOOOHOOOOO FInally!! Grin

iona and piffle - fab losses - well done!

debs - we have to wait until 26 April for school results - not worried as have sibling in school!

hmc - sound advice there - I did that last week and back on track now, so will see what I lose on Thurs this week. HOW IS THAT ASSIGNMENT GOING?? Grin

Been busy today but ate well. Had a fab tea for 10PP - loads of brocolli with cheese sauce and black pepper. Was delish and simple! Bought loads of salad and fruit for the weekend and kids off school now for two weeks so need to prepare some fruit to snack on. I will be getting some carrot sticks as well - thanks debs for that one!

Getting new windows fitted next week - hope the weather stays ok. Loads of furniture to move this weekend to allow the fitters to get to the windows!

ShouldersBackAndNoBiscuits · 01/04/2011 22:03

off on holiday tomorrow morning. will try and check in but may be difficult... good luck for WIs and thank god blondes lost weight this week - I was frightened of reading about a 'Nanny on the Rampage at Weightwatchers' in the red tops otherwise!

Willabywallaby · 02/04/2011 08:06

Hooray for blondes! I really did breathe a sigh of relief. And well done to the other losers/STS, anything that's not a gain is heading in the fight direction IMO.

Sorry I'm do rubbish at name checking. I always speed read and can't seem to link up the names with the posts Blush

Hope you all have a great weekend, especially for the Mums and daughters.

Willabywallaby · 02/04/2011 08:13

Sooo tired, must not grab choc bar, must wait for microwave. DS thought it would be good to have a 4am feed and not go back to sleep until after 5am for the 1st time this week and on the only night I wasn't in bed before 11pm. I think I went to bed about 12.30 and been up since 7am. I don't do well with lack of sleep :(

On the throwing away clothes, I can't wait to get rid of my fat clothes but unfortunately I'm still to big for my big clothes (size 16) and way way to big for my normal clothes (size 14) due to ballooning in pregnancy and the honeymoon weight that I never lost. I'm living in £4 asda jogging bottoms and my maternity jeans with a belt as refuse to spend money on a wardrobe as I'm just passing through this size.
Blondes A glass of what you fancy does you good, I cetainly will be drinking wine and eating pizza tonight Grin although I am measuring out how much I can have (as staying home with friends and DH) and when its gone its gone!
I just hope it doesnt affect my WI tomorrow.

Blondeshavemorefun · 02/04/2011 09:11

On the train back from London. Went on a course with DH and stayed with bro. It was his birthday so babysat for him and ate too much Chinese. Must do something active today to combat that and meal out with parents tomorrow lunch.

NoWayNoHow · 02/04/2011 12:04

blondes well done yu on your lovely gym comment! I have also lost on my boobs- this is not a good thing Grin

I am in the bath surfing MN on my phone- relaxing whilst DH has taken DS shopping, ostensibly for a Mothers Day present. So that'll be a tractor and trailer I'll be opening tomorrow morning then!

wizzler · 02/04/2011 12:56

Noway.. I am delighted that my boobs are reducing. Can now see my feet! Grin

Well done on the gym comment Blondes. Its great when people start to notice, really drives you on.

Have had ryvita and philly light with fruit for lunch, saving up for a curry tonight.

Am surfing the web looking for a commemorative gift for children at our royal wedding party .. have never seen so much tak in all my life.. or is that the point ? Does anyone have any ideas ?

Just done 15km....and now small wants to go to the park as well...Have we not had enough fresh air this morning????? Ok for him, he just sits in running buggy tho and refuelled with a sausage roll whereas mammy got home and has refuelled with ricecakes and lowfat cheese slices (6!!!!) Think may go to Tesco en route home from park for.............????????? Don't want to waste points on pizza but am v tempted tho will be starving half an hr after the initial carb rush!!! No vodka tho.....there is some hiding in the cupboard though but it made me eat chocolate last night at 10pm...

a v v slow 15km...trust me, old grannies were walking past us when we were going up the hills!!! Must confess that I haven't gone to the park and have eaten chocolate digestives and I just don't care if I have gone off track! At least I won't be tempted by the vodka tonight though...don't know why, but only drink at weekends if I I have had an Angel day...if have been naughty during the day I have no urge at all to drink...is anyone else like this???

hmc · 02/04/2011 17:01
