HOOOOOOOOOOO-BLOOOOOOODYYYYYYY-RAAAAAAAAAAAYYYYYYYY

Excellent news about both measurements and weight, blondes - very well done you! TOTM is always a bitch, remember that!

I think your plan of eating more of weeklies at weekend and then being good at week works very well indeed.

IHeartIona · 01/04/2011 08:55

well done Blondes on your 2lb!! phewww

NoWay - I like the grey and black one too, very nice

I've also got some stuff to charity shop, I refuse to wear it again. all my clothes are too big - time to hit the shops!

vnmum · 01/04/2011 09:24

well done blondes!!!! iona and piffle

Noway i like the poppy dress but it is hard to pick without seeing them on

CLB1 · 01/04/2011 09:33

noway I prefer the poppy one but like vnmum hard without seeing on.

Wooooooo Hoooooooo blondes yay so pleased :)

hmc · 01/04/2011 09:39

Well done Iheart, piffle and androbbob - and way to go Blondes!!!!!! -all is well in the world Smile

Sad debs - have one week where you eat all your dailies and all your weeklies, exercise every day for that week to bring your flagging metabolism back up and then restart the diet the following week with low carb (not no carb, but low carb) - got to be worth a try? Also eat little and often to prime metabolism, i.e don't go to work and eat nothing all day [wags finger sternly]. I eat around 6 times a day - breakfast, low pointed snack mid morning, lunch, low pointed snack mid afternoon, dinner, and selection of fruit in the evening; touch wood it works for me.

NoWay - I like the black and grey, more sort of sultry and chic imo (although don't know that my opinion counts, I look like a bag lady most of the time Grin)

Piffle · 01/04/2011 09:40

I love the grey black dress too and dead easy to accessorise
Blondes that is fantabulous news!!!! Well done... Totm is evil I now know that :(
Debs you really need to plan and prepare better your body is grabbing everything you eat and storing it as it never knows when its next meal is coming.
I used to ditch breakfast and could never lose weight
Bizarre but regular smaller meals might be your saviour

Perhaps tell us what you like, your rough budget and we can all offer help?

hmc · 01/04/2011 09:40

NoWay - when I packaged all my fat clothes up for Oxfam dh said "Is that wise - you might need them again?" Shock Angry Shock

hmc · 01/04/2011 09:42

Finally - if anyone sees me on here again today please could you shout at me and tell me to go and write my boring assignment?

NoWayNoHow · 01/04/2011 09:45

hmc, I believe our DH's must have been separated at birth!

debs I agree with everyone on here - you now have PROOF that not eating your dailies and weeklies stops you from losing weight, so relinquish that control and try to do it properly as you're supposed to - what have you got to lose?

ClaireDeLoon · 01/04/2011 10:40

Well done Piffle Iona and Blondes :D

Debs I don't know how you survive with not eating your points. I would just be so hungry all the time.

Littlefish · 01/04/2011 17:03

I'm not brave enough to give away my "fat" clothes. However, they are boxed up in the roof. When they've been up there a year, I will give them all away.

I know that sounds cowardly, but I'm still getting my head around being thinner!

Blondeshavemorefun · 01/04/2011 17:11

littlefish throw away clothes or you will grow back into them

the clothes you are wearing now may get a tad tight and you climb the ladder to loft and get next size up down and wear them

if you dont have larger clothes you have to diet to get back into your 'now' clothes

Have you tried New Look? They have some great jeans at really good prices, so I don't mind buying them and only wearing them for a little while
