ijordan I would have thought that if you're on 33 dailies (excluding what you get for BF) then you'd go down a pp as you go into the next stone bracket, but like you I'm guessing!

Welcome clairedee and missread and heyho and marmalade
Well done to Shoulders and hmc.
Marmalade, your day didnt include much fruit. I give myself free rein on fruit and am constantly scoffing it down. Blondes tells me that you can eat too much, but WW Leader says keep scoffing!

Note : WW Leader also said that half my proppoints should go on wholegrain stuff.. I dont eat any ! Does anyone else ?

Blondes.. Sad to hear you had bad news. Hope things pick up for you

Norma.. if you are popping in.. hope all well with you too.

ShouldersBackAndNoBiscuits · 31/03/2011 18:50

You get 14 points for bf if baby is still exclusively bf. Drops to 6 I think once solids introduced. Therefore if you are still EBF 43 is the lowest you go to. (29 + 14)

Piffle · 31/03/2011 18:56

How is Blondes has anyone heard from her since this morning?
You ok chick?

Piffle · 31/03/2011 18:57

Oh blondes there you were at 15:16...

Blondeshavemorefun · 31/03/2011 19:29

thanks piffle and wizzler im here 'pathetic wave'

well lets see what happens tomorrow - ive eaten all 49 after wa meal and totm choc attack

but i had a lot of sexercise and didnt really eat yesterday saving 18ish pp so really like 30weekies

debs39 · 31/03/2011 19:49

blondes think I am more nervous than you about your WI!!! I have came to the conclusion that rather than worry about the 5lbs weight I want to drop, I am just going to track track track but not weigh...as the fluctuations and loss of weight loss in the last 6-7 weeks has been horrendous!! Legs feel more toned and stomach flatter so know shape is shifting...not gonna focus on scales anymore.....I feel strangely liberated!!!!!! I even started a TOTM munchies session and gave up after just going about 8 over my dailes...normally I would have just gone hell for leather and devoured toast, biccies, chocolate...whatever else I could grab and munch with little or no preparation!!!! Still got weeklies(minus those pesky 8) and exercise extras tooo...whoooppeeee!!!

NoWayNoHow · 31/03/2011 19:57

blondes don't forget to do your measurements tomorrow morning before you WI!!

Blondeshavemorefun · 31/03/2011 20:24

noway i will, promise

Good luck blondes for tomorrow - I so hope you get a loss!

Well we lost a total of 21lbs last week and so far this week we are on 18.5lbs so some great weight losses going on!

I am planning my food for the weekend - going to try out some foods that I normally dont have - scrolled back through the thread for ideas and about to delve into the WW website - dont use that often enough really!

Back later!

Blondeshavemorefun · 31/03/2011 21:02

debs you could be right - better to go by clothes then scales

androb I will try my best to up our stats this week

Hi all
Just popping in to report 1.5 lbs off for me tonight, and reaching my third silver seven :-)
Back later to reply more fully

benbon · 31/03/2011 21:54

what do you all do with your weeklies??? do you use them or do you live on your daylies?

Piffle · 31/03/2011 22:04

Wishing you lots of loss luck Blondes :)
I'm hopeful of a lb perhaps too
Looking forward to a few bevvies tomorrow and lots of walking!
I eat about 20 weeklies. I tend to use these on a one off for booze or eating out
Weekdays I choose to use activity pp before using weeklies

Blondeshavemorefun · 31/03/2011 22:06

iona well done

benbon I tend to eat throughout the week but this week I ate all over weekend giving me 5days to wi at 29

Woohoo!!! Small child got school we wanted.....was online at midnight checking his school admission!!!! Good news always makes you supermotivated on WW, I find!!! :) Happy Friday, everyone!!!

CLB1 · 01/04/2011 07:18

Good Luck Blondes (crosses fingers and toes) x
Benbon At 1st I used to eat all my weeklies on a sun night and monday, (WI on a sunday) Then survive on my dailies, but I'm trying to change that and still have 10 weeklies left at mo as wanting to drink on sat night.
Congrats Iheart :) and I agree Debs Good News really helps your motivation and bad news makes you think why bother.
So yesterday I had 2pp left for something for tea? Yesterday didnt go well at all, but refrained from using left over weeklies and had a 2 point soap I made with lots of veg. Went to bed a bit hungry but that serves me right.

Piffle · 01/04/2011 07:47

WI done :-)
800gms. Which is nearly 2lbs I think?
Am trying not to relax too much over the weekend now!

Blondeshavemorefun · 01/04/2011 08:31

debs fab news

piffle well done

right off to measure and weigh .........

OP posts:
debs39 · 01/04/2011 08:31

ps blondes after what must be at least 6 wks on propoints....I am one and a quarter pounds heavier ha ha...you have just got to laugh!!!!! am just gonna stop even thinking about the scales anymore.....and may resort instead to sawing my limbs off as a new weight loss regime....how much will little finger on left hand weigh do you think?? Am thinking of bodily parts that I don't use much to go first!!!!!! PS do i really need 10 toes too...surely 4 will suffice on each foot???????

NoWayNoHow · 01/04/2011 08:32

Well done iona on your 1.5lbs!

And well done piffle on your 800g (I think you're right, that's almost exactly 2lbs - there's 2.2lbs in a kilo)

blondes crossing all fingers toes and crossable body parts for you, but I like debs congrats on you LO getting his school! I like your idea of going by clothes, as I've always felt that's what we're actually doing it for, isn't it?

On the subject of clothes fitting, I have charity shop-ped my old jeans that are too big, as I don't want them there as I refuse to put weight on again ever! I also bought two new dresses yesterday for the wedding I'm going to in May - need to decide which one I prefer, but hubby said to me "wow, you really have lost weight, haven't you - you couldn't have pulled that off a few months ago"!!! Didn't know whether to be pleased or insulted! Which do you guys think? This one or this one?
