5 Stone plus to lose Who wants to join me

Hi All
Ive just joined SW again today as I felt that I need to get control of my weight.

I stood on the scales a it flashed up 17st 4lb. All I could say to the consultant was my bathroon scales are well out

I cannot believe that I let myself go that much...

So the all the hard work starts now

I had last week 'off' as it was my dad's and then my birthdays and last year I didn't indulge in any birthday eating due to being on a diet. It was thoroughly miserable, the kids were gutted that I didn't make a birthday cake and I still ended up a stone and a half heavier at the end of the year, so this year I enjoyed myself! Didn't put any weight back on, just 'lost' a week, so no real damage done. Being good again this week, but struggling for motivation as I feel a bit crap (time of the month)...

Sorry its been a while had a bit of a glitch with the diet... back on track now Ive lost 17lb now, just another who knows how many to go. Hows it going for you

Wow, that's brill, well done! I've had a bit of a glitch as well and put a few lb back on, I'd lost about a stone, but am going back on track today. Well, that's the plan, anyway!! ;o)

3lb off this week. I have been really good this week.

How how if eveybody doing. If you have fallen off the waggon dust yourself down and jump on for the ride.
