bad day yesterday. all going well til the evening and i binged on haribo. very stressed and just didn't care anymore.
sent myself to bed with a book at 9pm and started again this morning.

mummyosaurus · 16/03/2011 21:42

Must get back to the shreading. Didn;t exactly love it, but could feel it making a difference and as it's only 20 mins could make myself fit it in.

Personally I love Zumba and I'm waiting for Zumba for the wii to arrive.

Leverkusen, do exercise that appeals to you, that you can enjoy - is the pauling way.

Good luck for tomorrow nevergoogle, you sound determined there.

How can anyone binge on Haribo - it's not even a food FFS! Grin

But look, your attitude is brilliant you are not beating yourself up about it, you are just saying 'yeah this happened, let's move on' which is great :)

I have just returned from a killer aikido class. Everything from my toes to my head hurts :( Nnnnnnng

my binge = discovering a half eaten bag of haribo which was left by someone at the weekend.
it was the wrong moment to find it.
i thought, am i hungry?
then thought, no, but i couldn't fucking care less right now.
not good.

anyway, i'm over it.

1 mini binge in nearly a month is pretty good, as it used to be most nights. tis progress.

Sorry ive been away girls, i think your all doing brilliantly.

Having a bit of a bad patch PM wise, havent been eating consciously and have been snacking a fair bit at work, well not as bad as before, but it doesnt feel quite right. Its probably due to not listening to the CD enough, I am doing my mirror exercises and eating when im hungry etc, im doing my exercises the physio has given me (until i speak to the orthopods again in 12 days, yes im coutning), and got a new large gym ball as the one i borrowed from a friend was too small.

work is manic, ive been given a day a week more work (wednesdays) to take on from april 1st, and a whole new area to learn, which is good for my brain.
I still have not lost a single pound (only weighing weekly, which is a breakthrough for me), which would normally dishearten me hugely, but im OK with it.

Even though im not following the plan 100%, im not loosing weight....I am doing a lot of it, and I feel confident in myself, I feel good about my body, and im not sure if i actually care if i loose weight, worst case scenario i would just have to buy new clothes!!

fingers crossed i get the OK from the orthopods on the 30th and I can start moving about more again, i have little exercises from the physio to do, but theyre not going to burn calories(!)....

ok ramble over, 10mins and its time for the school run to start, hope everyone has a good red nose day and a brilliant weekend!

(does anyone know it katie, i can cook katie is pregnant? the tops she's wearing doing the presenting at the moment are a bit loose....)

Hi all, you're doing so well! I'm off over to the new thread, see you there!

whomovedmychocolate · 22/03/2011 16:57

nevergoogle but it doesn't taste like anything but sugar and car tyres Confused - I am genuinely befuddled by the idea of anyone willingly putting that shit in their body Wink

But yes one mini lapse does not a lardarse make! :)

slinks in at the back and kicks heels
very touched that some of you have been thinking about me, my laptop got dropped (the guilty party isnt owning up!) and took ages to fix, plus dh deployed last week, its been pretty chaotic!

im getting there with PM still have off days but so much more chilled out about food and weight and all the rest of it. my clothes are getting baggier and thats about all im measuring now, plus we have ttc this month so on the 2ww now and not really worried about my weight as far as pregnancy goes anymore, so things are gettine better and better as far as food and weight are concerned.

I have had 3 people today asking how im doing and 'oh whats that book called again i may have a look'! oddly i haven't lost anything weight or size wise since the seminar so it must be how I'm feeling about things now that's showing through to them!
