Have an options hot choc - only 1pp and I find them quite filling, especially if you have a piece of fruit too.

Great minds Tilly. That's exactly what I did do. It's not food lol but hot and creamy

Tbh there isn't a 1pp item of food is there that can be eaten alone apart from ww yog?

Morning everyone,

Hope everyone had a lovely weekend.

WOO HOO! Well done andro for your 2lb off and stone, excellent work, well done for sticking with it and it has paid off. Enjoy the feeling!

debs had to get up at half seven to feed DD was not impressed!

littlefish you can do it if you put your mind to it, and what's with this "only 4lb this month" it's 4lb!!!! You haven't put on and a pound a week... etc!

Jojo the strawberry shapers bars are 4pp each. They also do a three pack of wafers with chocolate filling or orange chocolate and they are 3pp each,, still not sure about them though!

collision great news about the only half pound on, I think weird food combos come with the plan, I've had some interesting stuff but liking the sound of yours!!!

blondes pants about chinese, well done for being good but agree 5 is far too early to eat!

The hangover went quite quickly yesterday, feeling suprisingly unguilty (if that's a word) about what I ate and what I drunk but I think that's because I had worked out what was going to happen and thought I was going to have a day off and enjoy it, so I did! On the plus side I thought I was going to have 4 poppadums but only had 2. (Don't think 8 points can rescue me now!)

Good luck to anyone with WI today, am going for a long walk now to try and combat the effects of the tikka masala and wine in the hope I STS!

NoWayNoHow · 07/03/2011 11:20

Morning all. Managed to scrape through yesterday with just 7 weeklies remaining, but been good so far today (boiled egg and toast for brekkie, and that's it). Planning on BNS soup for lunch and WW recipe chicken sag for dinner so hopefully will not be too bad tomorrow.

WI won't be happening AGAIN tomorrow (got interview for rubbish job I don't want, but hey, all interview experience is valuable). That'll be the 4th WI in a row that I've missed (the 3 I missed before were cos of being out of the country for 2 and dentist for the 3rd). I think after that time away I'm not going to go back now. Monthly pass expiring in a month, moving to online eSource, so may as well start now. Just need to get scales back from neighbour so I can do my own WI! Which I will do tomorrow before interview - dying to see what the results are after so many weeks! In smalle jeans than at last meeting, but really couldn't guesstimate... Fingers crossed!

Good luck for all WI's today, looking forward to hearing the results!

Blondeshavemorefun · 07/03/2011 12:52

hello all
I've been away for a while as took a week off work to start potty training my dd last week (oooh the glamour).
I lost half a pound at my weigh in on Thursday.

well done to all the excellent losses I've just caught up on, and stones achieved etc! it is just great!

We had fish and chips on Sat night so I've used up most of my weeklies. also can't stop eating little chocolate treats at the moment (tons of buttons in the cupboards as potty training rewards....).
But I did feel stuffed after eating the f +c - had some kind of palpitations after eating so much!
I'll turn a new leaf and go and stock up on some tasty fruit shortly I think! am currently having BNS soup.

Good luck to everyone for this week!

ClaireDeLoon · 07/03/2011 13:32

Hello all

androb well done on losing a stone :o

IHeartIona mmmm fish and chips. How many points in that out of interest?

Have realised that next week I have a client lunch and then out for drinks and dinner with friends - in the same day, the day before my WI. So I guess I need 6 days of sticking to 29PP a day even at the weekend :( I have no problem sticking to 29PP a day during the week but weekends I like to splurge.

Blondeshavemorefun · 07/03/2011 13:38

(iona* well done on 1/2lb loss and did you crack pt?

OP posts:
NoWayNoHow · 07/03/2011 13:41

blondes, because I do the "Monthly Pass" by direct debit to pay for my meetings, I've already paid for the ones I missed, unfortunately, and I've also already paid up front for all meetings until 10 April (they took the fee out my bank last Monday). So, really, i probably should go just to get my money's worth, but just don't think i can be bothered... I am VERY curious about your psychic reading Smile

Well done IHeart on your loss, and an even bigger well done on doing potty training (our house was the outer circle of hell during that time!)

IHeartIona · 07/03/2011 13:54

Claire - in the eating out guide it said I think 16 for the fish and 12 for the chips - I allowed 28 for it in the end!!
that sounds tricky to be out for lunch and dinner on the same day. do you know where you'll be going so can look up good choices online?
Thanks Blondes and NoWayNoHow - not quite cracked but well on the way I think! we are getting new carpet today so fingers crossed!

Blondeshavemorefun · 07/03/2011 14:24

I was determined to get on here more often and keep up but once again the week went mad and I haven't had time.

Congrats to all who have lost and those that STS and Sadfor those that gained.

I haven't had the best week - lots of work stress and family stuff so had a few moments of weakness (namely a big bar of fruit and nut and a bottle of wine!!!). I also have only done my Shred DVD twice in the last week and one Zumba class! However, I still lost 1lb so am pleased with that but feeling a little bit flat!

Went shopping with my Mum on Friday and got a few new skirts - all size 14 and fit v v easily. Even bought size 14 top as my boobs have shrunk so much, which is superb! Did feel good in changing rooms when things fitted easily!?! Trying to remember that feeling next time the fruit and nut calls me from the fridge.

So just got to stay positive and keep plugging away! Sorry for lack of personal messages, just in a rush again but will check in again soon!

Blondeshavemorefun · 07/03/2011 15:11

well done on lb loss lou

NoWayNoHow · 07/03/2011 15:13

Well done loub - had that same "clothes fitting nicely" feeling on Friday. It's hard to beat!

JoJoBaldwin · 07/03/2011 17:53

Well done lou

NoWay I am in same predicament re paying for meetings. Have decided to go it alone for now and see how I get on. We can gee each other up Wink

Feeling very flat today. Had interview - some bits went well but in others I was floundering. Generally felt overwhelmed and negative about myself. Everyone there was younger and I just felt old and fat and rubbish.

Completely lost it with the eating afterwards. Don't dare weigh myself as I will burst into tears after the week I've had. Will get organised re food for tomorrow and make sure I get lots of exercise, starting with wii in the morning.

I have such difficulty sustaining being "good" beyond 2 or 3 days, it feels really beyond me!

Blondeshavemorefun · 07/03/2011 19:36

I'm waiting for the spirits ........ Ghostly or booze ones

androbbob · 07/03/2011 20:38

Well done tilly - you will be in gold on my spreadsheet now and moved to the top with lucky and VnMum - a great feeling I am sure!

Well dome to all the other losses as well - some good stuff going on - is the 'warmer' weather (well sun was out here today) making people eat well? I had my washing on the line today - smells great!

Just filled in my census form online today

Off to look for a holiday to Florida next year - a bit of a whim really but nice to look and dream - may end up at Paris instead!

sparkle101 · 07/03/2011 20:50

Just back from WI and put on a pound and a half, not going to get upset cos I had a bloody good time putting it on. Anyway, back on it, upwards and onwards etc!

Well done tilly froot and lou excellent losses!
