Evening! Thank goodness half term is over and can get back to normal tomorrow! had a few days off with the kids and it is easy to slip into bad eating habits - although I did try hard to resist!

Some good weightlosses this week - 29.5lbs loss which is great! There are some regulars missing or missed WI - froot, Norma, NoWay to mention a few.

blondes - hope DH is ok and no more blood - cant stand the stuff myself. Its a bit worrying though.
HHY - sounds a lovely idea for your parents. I guess at that age you can buy what you like, dont really need anything so you end up buying something for the sake of it. Making something is very personal - fab idea!
I love these threads as there are so many wise words on them and the help and support is priceless. I do think of you when I am tempted to indulge - as in dont want to let the side down and need to get to goal.
Set myself a new mini target of losing another 7lbs by 19th March - out for an evening with friends who only see every couple of months and there is a lovely top I would like to wear that fits but is a litle tight. I recon half a stone would make it feel great - still has the tags on it 
My three good points:

- I have a lovely smile

Been to the gym today and did some new exercises - included using the Power Plate and one of those kettleball things - I can feel it in my legs now! Did some lifting with the kettleball to aid my arms and obviously worked my legs. On the look out for some other exercises to do to shock the body rather than pure cardio.
