Welcome one and all - if you're following the new WW ProPoints plan then this is the thread for you!

Whether you need to lose a little or a lot you'll be right at home, we're friendly, supportive and we're all in the same boat!

androbb is our resident stats checker and helps to track what we've lost as a thread so far, nothing more motivating then seeing just how much weight is coming off.

Feel free to dive in and join us Grin

yah, well done for growing balls Grin

enjoy chicken and salad :)

Littlefish · 11/01/2011 15:34

What fabulous balls sweetheart. Well done. Smile

TartyMcFarty · 11/01/2011 15:44

There you go,back in control. And the bonus us that if the hotel has a pool or gym, you'd be entitled to use it for free afterwards Smile

isheisnthe · 11/01/2011 16:05

First post Christmas weigh in for me tonight.....bricking it!

Littlefish · 11/01/2011 16:22

Meet you here later isheisnthe to compare notes!

NormaSknockers · 11/01/2011 16:33

I must have looked a fright Lucky especially as I didn't have my sports bra on Grin I was planning a run tonight but DD is poorly (had to collect her from school at lunchtime bless her. Must have earnt some extra exercise points though as I popped her on the end of the pushchair with a sleeping DS to save her walking and it was heavy but I marched home pushing it with all my might!) and by the time I've cooked dinner I'll be to knackered so I'll go tomorrow. I'll just do some more running in the spot Wink

Excellent mini goals Lee always great to have some mini to focus on I think as it's added motivation when you reach them IYKWIM?

sweetheart well done you, excellent, that's really great. How great does that feel knowing you did that and now you're back in control again?

Don't panic ishe whatever the scales say you can and will lose the weight. Just take a deep break and keep your eyes closed Wink

I bought a little something towards each pressie for the 7lbs and 1 stone goals today - I am keeping them a secret but there will be a few little gifts so keep going girls and you might be one of the lucky ones to get one Wink Grin

I am rather excited (sadly) as I went to Morrisons to get some bits as Tesco are crap for stocking WW items and as I was mooching around a member of staff starting unpacking new ProPoint WW crossiants and choc au pain - only 59p and 89p a pack so I bought 2 of each! 4 PPs per crossaint and 5 PPs per choc au pain - yum, yum, yum Grin

I've only 7 PPs so far today as between having to collect DD early and dashing around I eneded missing lunch - oh well means I can have supper tonight Wink

Weigh in tomorrow and I have most of my 49 points left so am contemplating a Chinese; anyone know points for egg fried rice and tofu with chili and garlic (no sauce). Am guessing the rice will be high but the tofu low.

Lorelai · 11/01/2011 17:24

Oh and mini veg spring rolls too please :)

NormaSknockers · 11/01/2011 17:32

Lorelai egg fried rice is 16 PPs but the tofu isn't listed I'm afraid. Spring rolls are 9 PPs each and I'm guessing they're the standard size ones :)

Meatball pasta bake is cooking in the oven, feeling very hungry now

OP posts:
Lorelai · 11/01/2011 17:41

Thanks Norma. Rice is about what I thought but ouch on the spring rolls! I normally eat 12 mini ones - no wonder I need to diet!

NormaSknockers · 11/01/2011 18:06

It's 9 PPs for the normal sized ones though so I guess a mini would be something 3, but that's only a guess though!

OP posts:
Lorelai · 11/01/2011 18:14

Yeah that's what I thought. Still makes my normal portion 36pp though Shock

NormaSknockers · 11/01/2011 18:19

I would be tempted to wait and have the chinese after weigh in but I'm odd like that Grin

OP posts:
Littlefish · 11/01/2011 18:25

I'm the same Norma.

I'm weighing in tonight, and coming home to fillet steak, chips and veg (with black pepper sauce).

I always have a treat on Tuesday nights. Now that I'm in this for the long haul, I need to know that I can relax with it as it stops me feeling deprived.

Littlefish · 11/01/2011 18:25

I mean - I need to know that I can relax and have a few treats as it stops me feeling deprived.

NormaSknockers · 11/01/2011 18:33

I do the same Little, I always have a treat on a Monday evening, usually a Smartie cookie or two with a cuppa once I'm home (I buy them on the way to the meeting Wink)

LuckyLight · 11/01/2011 18:36

Blondes I think it was a 135g bag of maltesers. Bargain as far as I'm concerned for 18 pps.

sweetheart well done on the ball growing Grin, you see, losing weight gives you confidence too!!

Thanks for the croissant tips Norma, sounds like a good plan for my Saturday treat day breakfast Grin.

If anyone has a Poundland near them and can bear to venture inside, they have lots of WW cakes etc for, erm £1 Grin but doing 3 for 2 at the mo. I stocked up this week!!!

Just been to DD1's swimming lesson at the gym. I did 20 lengths, a whole 12 mins of exercise Hmm but feeling much better and want to ease myself back into my usual 'full on' exercise regime. I earned a whopping 2 activity pts.

Good luck with WI's tonight ladies!

LuckyLight · 11/01/2011 18:36

Oh yes, you should always have a treat on weigh in day......if you lose.

NormaSknockers · 11/01/2011 18:49

I did a stock up the other day in Poundland too Lucky got lots of the multi packs of crisps in the new PPs values, cheap way to stock up isn't it? Love the new flavours too!

20 lengths is great Lucky, it's better then none at all!!

OP posts:
LuckyLight · 11/01/2011 18:54

Thanks Norma, but I usually do 64 (a mile) so it felt a bit feeble. However, after being ill over Christmas, I vowed to get back to exercise slowly, cos I can't handle being ill AGAIN!

Littlefish · 11/01/2011 19:57

Back from weigh in.

I lost half a pound, which is better than I expected!

It means that I've lost 10% of my original body weight. WoooooooHoooooo.

I'm determined to do better next week. In another half a pound, I will have lost 2 stone.

LuckyLight · 11/01/2011 20:24

fantastic Littlefish Well done on reaching your 10%

I too am determined to do better next week. Was happy with half a lb too, but want at least 1.5 if not 2 lbs next week!!

gibbberish · 11/01/2011 20:34

I've done the deed! Went to my first class tonight. Am 12.4 and a half Blush but at least I am doing something about it.

Bought the calculator thingy as it seems like it could be handy.

Has anyone tried to download the propoints app onto their blackberry? Keeps telling me there is no wireless connection or something Confused Not sure what to do.

Need to start thinking about exercise now...

Well done littlefish, that's brilliant! Smile

NormaSknockers · 11/01/2011 20:44

Well done Little that's brilliant, how does it feel to be 10% lighter? You should feel very proud of yourself Grin

Well done on going to your first class gibberish I'm not sure about the app though as I thought it was only available on the iPhone, sorry!

Good day today;

2 eat smart sausages & toast - 7 PPs

Meatball pasta bake - 11 PPs

WW double chocolate brownie dessert - 4 PPs

Crisps - 3 PPs
WW caramel shortcake - 3 PPs

2 PPs left over but not hungry so just going to let them go.

Exercise - 50 minutes of brisk walking (school run) lots of jogging on the spot and dancing about in the kitchen Grin

isheisnthe · 11/01/2011 20:46
