Thank you all :)
Blondes, 3lbs is fabulous, a huge well done !
Furball, I will see you on the SW thread then, I weight at a SW class and am going to do SW occasionally for a change as I feel both PP and SW have their strong points and I shall use them to suit me. As vnmum says, as long as the blasted fat is gone, it's job done.
VNmum, I think using at least some of the weekly points is a good idea or this whole deprivation thing which is a diet killer, creeps in and the yoyo dieting starts.
Louisesix As HMC says, hopefully your bread cravings will go. I used to eat a lot and now have cravings for Ryvita wholegrain crackerbreads with low fat Philly, I would have laughed if someone told me that 6 months ago! I've upped my protein intake which has helped a lot. Breakfast today is 2 x quorn sausages (3), 100g lean bacon (3), an egg (2), lots of mushrooms and tomatoes and a slice of melon. That fills me up so much more of my old breakfast of 2 weetabix which was 2 points less but I'd be hungry by about 11am instead of 1 or 2pm as I find with higher protein breakfast.
Luckylight hope you are feeling better today.
Sweetheart I see you have also discovered philadelphia and crackers ! Sorry to hear about your injury.
Apologies to those I have missed out.
Just reflecting on my weight loss the last year and thinking about the key thing that has kept me going (have been at this since middle of July). It has to be the keep at it and not get disheartened if your weight loss seems slower than other people or if you get a gain. It takes a time to get to the point where you feel you have lost a decent amount of weight when it goes slowly, but there comes a point when you realise how well you've done, even if there is a long way to go (I have done 35 of the 100lbs I am going to do) and that actually you can do it and are wearing clothes a couple of sizes smaller plus feel much fitter and it makes it all worth while.
