Hi all! Nice to see a continuing stream of fools brave people joing the ranks Grin

Did day 5 today, thanks to you lot! I'd decided I'd give myself the day off but when I popped onto the thread to see how everyone was doing, it really spurred me on. Thanks so much to everyone - you really are a huge help Smile

So apparently you should have a day off each week to stop your body from going into 'starvation mode', is anyone doing this? Not sure whether I should or not.

Day 5 done!

Tip for everyone do not set the audio options to not hearing killian!!! My god did I find it hard trying that!!!!

Have seen vast improvements since day 1 - still finding the strenngth / cardio in 1st circuit a killer... think I need to stretch more before I start as my calves kill in that!!

nniu I am doing it every day but having a treat on a Saturday to stop my body going into starvation. Well that is my excuse anyway! After my dinner (chicken salad) I am the proud owner of a bag of crisps and a bar of chocolate, I can't wait! 2 weeks since I tasted junk food.

yay! Just did day 5. It is getting easier, but I don't think I will ever have the coordination for bicycle crunches (can cope with moving both ends of my body at once)

supermuppet don't even think about muting the dvd. Killian's watching you know. I switched 'jump rope' for 'butt kicks' in circuit 1 and she most definitely gave me a dirty look.

Oh Dandy I certainly still have plenty to loose too! They proably just thought you look like a woman who's being harangued by a scary little American lady and thought you could use a break! Grin

DP says he can see a difference but I think he's just trying to be nice and encouraging - I see no difference yet. Won't let myself get the tape measure out until I've done a week though so we'll soon see...Confused

Right, hello all, I'm jumping on the band wagon! I'm joining this thread with the idea that it will motivate me to keep going and not cheat (I know myself so well...)

SO - dvd arrived this morning, I have finally got DSs in bed, I COULD do it now... shall I do it now? I'm knackered but I kind of want to do it just to see how bad it is. And be able to say I've got Day 1 under my belt. On the other hand, I could enjoy tonight as my last night of wantonness and start Day 1 in the morning, feeling a bit less knackered... Whadya reckon?

I have got feckin loads to loose too. Contemplating getting pregnant again as lost 3 stone in the first 4 months with DD! I look more pregnant now than I ever did when I was pregnant.

I could feel Killian watching me ace as I ate my chocolate so gave half to OH to please her.

I did it! WooHOO!!!

It wasn't as bad as I thought it was going to be... feeling decidedly trembly now though. The abs at the end were the real killer.

Hi, I bought the DVD after being inspired by this thread and did day 5 today. redderthanred I do the cardio on one of those mini/exercise trampolines (trampette?) to save my knees from hurting and giving me an excuse to
stop! If you have one or can borrow one, it may be worth trying to help your joints too.

Thanks mickylee, I am also trying to train myself up with the couch to 5k thingy. So want to the shred in between days of running. So I am getting a good mix of exercise and hopefully shift these kilos once and for all. I can't WAIT to get my dvd in the post and join in with you all! Grin
