Hurrah on the continued losses Fjorn, another, so 10 weeks at 2lb a week you will be at target by 17 June. Woo woo Smile

I am ok ish about my weigh, just wish that the minute i go over 1200 cals or do no exercise for a day weight just reappears Hmm. I shall try to be extra good over the weekend but we have visitors and my willpower is crappola.

Walked 2.5 miles this morning pushing buggy. Will repeat at lunchtime Smile

LOL crispy am not prepared to have the runs every week just to be a size 10-12 Shock It has taken me 13 weeks (since Christmas) to lose 10lb so maybe I'll lose the next 20 by this Christmas...

Err, if 10lbs is 13 weeks, then 20lb is 26 weeks, so six months, so 8th Oct. Ok???

ok the maths is so way beyond me even tho i aman economics graduate had had to do ALOT of maths Hmm

have walked/jogged 2.8 miles this am with another 1.8 to do this afo...also decluttered the playroom so shifted a ton of bags Grin

My jeans are also pretty loose atm,i think the walking/running is making me fitter and oh so much nicer exercising in the sunshine than the horrible gymSmile...

Oh bibi mate, if yours is anything like mine was you'll feel like shite for a couple of days, then dodgy for another one, then better again. I have just been out for a walk in the sunshine and it is so glorious to be feeling well and warm with the sun on my face. Am v glad to be alive today Smile

Hots, I must admit I don't think I've had it anywhere near as bad as you although becasue we were here I managed to go to bed and ignore them all rest (read sleep through) from 3pm yesterday. Only getting up to run to toilet when my stomach woke me. It really did help having to do nothing and leaving DH and the PIL in charge of the girls.

I've had to go out to do a few things today but nipped into town this morning, had horrific experience in public loo came home and nipped back in to post office this afternoon. Done nothing inbetween but stay here in close proximity to loo Blush

Well this week I have only managed 20mins pilates and a climbing session. I've not run for a few weeks Blush. I don't like running in the evenings which mean I have to do at the weekend. Today I had to work and I wanted to sleep yesterday morning.

I've managed to not pig out the last few days, but clearly have a pg bump now.

Penguin - could you run in the morning? I find once i am up and out it is fine, i too lose momentum by the evening

I have been to the gym and was going to do a long session, however my neighbour rang to ask if i could drop him to the docs, so i ended up doing a quick triathlon training session Grin.

2.5k run in 13 mins
10k cycle in 20 mins

Plus 5 mins powerplate

I know for the actual event the 16 length swim will take me 8 mins, so that makes 41 mins. I will be pleased with anything under 40 mins for the whole thing. That assumes the time getting from each bit of equipment/pool is not counted

LOTI - mucho bloating here too, but back on the wagon - boiled egg, mushrooms & tomato for brekker, rocket & parmesan salad for lunch and lots of water

Fjorny - how goes you? Are you feeling up to exercising again?

Arse. Missed pilates as had to go to supermarket and then collect girls. Ho hum. Only stir fry for tea so shouldn't be adding!

London tomorrow. Will i shred tomorrow evening? I very much doubt it
