CrispyTheCrisp · 04/04/2011 16:44

Well done loti. determined as ever Grin

40 lengths swum, should be doing pilates later, but i think i am still waitlisted so may not get in

CrispyTheCrisp · 04/04/2011 19:46

Hurrah. was promoted from the wait list, last minute Smile. Pilates done. Abs burning . Gillian would be proud Grin

Not sure what i shall do tomorrow, depends on the weather I think and whether I stay at preschool with DD1. She actually wanted to do my shred dvd at the weekend Hmm, so we may do that after school. I want to go and nose round the Nike outlet shop as i need new trainers and want a summer running gilet

BibiBelle · 04/04/2011 20:49

Right, haven't managed to the gym today and have the physio tomorrow [meep] Have been managing lots of sex though so that has to count for something?!?!?!

PunkPixie · 04/04/2011 21:20

New to the thread and three weeks away from giving birth to #4. I dread to think what mess I'm going to be in after the birth so I'm planning my attack on the 7-21lbs I'll need to shift by July and on the embarrassing lack of muscle tone.

I'll be alright losing the weight but it's the toning up I suck at. Excercise is not my friend anymore but I'm looking to kiss and make up so I bough some skipping ropesand an ab-cruncher thingy.

Anyone got any tips opn how to tone thigh / breast muscles?

FjorgynAndHotWater · 04/04/2011 21:34

Sorry sorry sorry sorry sorry Blush

Back tomorrow...

PMSL Fjorny. What have you been up to? Grin. Have we had some birthday excesses??

Hey Pixie - welcome Smile. I find pilates brilliant for toning and is good for getting muscle separation repaired (although you will need a trained post natal teacher). The other thing which has been good for me is running, swimming and circuits

CrispyTheCrisp · 05/04/2011 08:25

Shred level 1 with weights completed Smile

luckoftheirish · 05/04/2011 11:11

Well done to you too today LOTI, back at it

Done well for food today, curry with salad tonight. I am away tomorrow night so really need to try and be good. I am just so blardy crap when away from home Blush

Bought some new trainers today at the Nike outlet store - £55 down to £38 and i must say, they fit like a glove. Unlike my current trainers Hmm

FjorgynAndHotWater · 06/04/2011 08:55

Sorry bibi missed your physio rant due to thread going 'poof' but well done on your losses SmileSmileSmile

Well done loti and crispy on all your exercise too.

Good school run running LOTI - i have started to extend mine, so go to school and then 'long way' home

I was down to my good weigh in 2 weeks ago this morning, done circuits and DD2's swimming lesson. Am off to London shortly so sure i can undo it all again in time for Friday BlushGrin

Oh, and i am doing a mini Triathlon on Friday 6th May being done at my gym. 2.5k run, 10k bike, 400m swim. Will be good fun Smile

CrispyTheCrisp · 06/04/2011 12:10

FjorgynAndHotWater · 07/04/2011 20:08

Has been a shit week (pardon the pun) and still not feeling 100% so only 1 Exersazz to clock up from last Friday. Not too much food though... My -8 (from Monday so only really -2) went to -9 but is creeping back now I can keep food in so am hoping for evens-ish on last Friday in the morning.

OP posts:
CrispyTheCrisp · 07/04/2011 20:23

Blimey Fjorn -9 is craaaaazy. Hope you settle at somewhere of a minus from last week

Well done on all the school runs LOTI Grin

No exercise for me today other than pounding the streets of London. Did well on food last night with a hot & sour soup, panfried beef and steamed veg at the Thai restaurant. Slightly undone by the 2 pints of Stowford BlushGrin. Goodish today too although more carbs than ideal.

Exersazzz for the week:
Friday: 2.5 mile walk
Sunday: 5k run/5 mins powerplate/1 mile sprints
Monday: 40 length swim/1hr pilates
Tuesday: Shred Level1 with weights
Wednesday: 1 hr circuits

Smile
FjorgynAndHotWater · 08/04/2011 06:59

Am down 2.5lb on last Friday Shock It was almost worth it Grin although with 2 weeks off school / Easter to come will be hard to keep it off...

Hope you guys get a good weigh in too Smile

OP posts:
CrispyTheCrisp · 08/04/2011 07:10

+1

Nice one Fjorny Smile

FjorgynAndHotWater · 08/04/2011 07:20

Bugger crisp, and you have done loads of exercise too. Must be the extra carbs from yesterday and you'll just wee it away

OP posts:
luckoftheirish · 08/04/2011 09:13

well done fjorny tho really hope you are feeling better now Smile

buggar crisp...

up 1/2lb which is better than i was at the begining of the week Blush.. tis my own fault as haven't been eating properly and buggar all water Hmm

FjorgynAndHotWater · 08/04/2011 09:20

+0.5 isn't too bad after the great result you had two weeks ago / no gain last week though loti, esp as you are sooo close to your target Smile

I have checked on my graph at work and am the lightest I've been since 2 July 2010 Shock and give or take the odd blip (eg Christmas Blush) have been losing steadily since 12 November Smile Have got my Asda size 14 jeans on today (oh the glamour) without having to breathe in! Still 20-odd lb to go but am getting more optimistic that I'll actually make it this time...
