I don't have a phone with internet access let alone one with apps Grin

maybe I'll stretch to a garmin type thing one day. For the most my cheapo digital watch and planned routes will have to do :)

FjorgynAndHotWater · 24/03/2011 21:39

Consider yourself penguin, and congratulations on your pregnancy Smile

thanks (still a little nervous)

I know I'll enjoy it when I get there, but would much rather crawl into bed.

CrispyTheCrisp · 24/03/2011 23:32

Yes, congrats Penguin Smile. Climbing and pregnancy sound like 2 words not to be uttered in a sentence together Grin

Hurrah for fabulous biking Fjorn, and enjoy your weekend Smile. Mine has definitely started early with copious amounts of beer and curry Blush

Exersazz for this week:
Friday: 2.5 mile walk
Sun: 2.5 mile run
Mon: 40 lengths and 1hr pilates
Tues: 8k run
Weds: 1hr circuits
Thurs: 2.5 mile walk

Fjorn - i got loads of things Grin. Highlights were a Coast pencil skirt for work (size 10 - woo woo) and a fantabulous pair of La Scala shoes reduced from £100 to £24 plus some Birkenstocks reduced from £39 to £22. Gotta love TK Maxx Grin

CrispyTheCrisp · 25/03/2011 07:53

Ha ha, 1.75lbs on from yesterday Shock. that is still 0.75 loss from last week. However will aim to lose from yesterdays weigh in.

Bibi has reported a 2pm loss Smile

FjorgynAndHotWater · 25/03/2011 08:24

2pm loss???? Have you put the 1.75lb back on your fingers? Wink That's a bugger but deffo temporary. Hope you have a lovely weekend with lots of wine and yummy cheese Smile

Despite a bit of a lie in and extra wee before weigh-in I am still up 0.25 Oh well not going to lose heart and hope for a double loss next week. Have done 6X exersazz this week - 40 lengths and 68 miles on my bike so at least I will be a bit fitter...

BibiBelle · 25/03/2011 17:58

I love a 2pm loss Grin

blueberryboybaitonSafari · 25/03/2011 19:18

was that you lost weight at exactly 2pm and then the loss disappeared?

Didn't weigh this morning but have been very good all week on the food front (except for the cake that jumped in my basket yesterday and held me at gun point to eat it warm with creme fraise) but still need to up the water - any tips?

luckoftheirish · 25/03/2011 19:59

Bbbb I have been struggling with the water so have bought some fizzy and it seems to be going down easier iykwim?

Also having a bottle beside the kettle so am swigging some every time I go in the kitchen!! Smile

BibiBelle · 25/03/2011 20:11

I find it easier to drink in managable volumes - I know it sounds silly but a 500ml bottle is less daunting than a big one and I can refill it over and over without thinking Smile

I texted Sazz from work this morning saying that I had lost what looked like a couple of pounds - wasn't sure but at least it's going in the right direction!

Was at the gym yesterday and again today - am aiming to go tomorrow if DH is up on time but he's on horrid shifts this weekend. Am at work 5 days again next week including 12hr shifts so would like to get to the gym tomorrow and out with the girls on Sun [ever hopeful]

luckoftheirish · 26/03/2011 09:58

Just did my fat burner dvd.. reduced to a sweaty mess so hopefully done some good Smile

CrispyTheCrisp · 26/03/2011 14:23

Bibi, can you let me know how to achieve a 2pm loss? I am seriously in need of one as I have to wear a tankini later Grin.

well done on all the exercise ladies, I will be trying extra hard next week i promise....

BibiBelle · 26/03/2011 14:37

It hasn't happened today due to the sausage roll lunch and flake that has been consumed Blush I also haven't managed to the gym as waiting on the sodding engineer coming for the heating.

luckoftheirish · 27/03/2011 17:08

Fat burn dvd has restored my sanity Smile

FjorgynAndHotWater · 27/03/2011 21:14

BibiBelle · 27/03/2011 21:37

And I have just ordered a truck load of clothes in my actual size. I've been refusing to do it in so long as I wanted to loose weight and get into other ones but I've had it with looking like a bag of crap.

CrispyTheCrisp · 27/03/2011 21:38

Ah, feck it - 3 course meal with cheese and Wine on Friday, Croissant, 3 course lunch with wine plus 4 course meal with wine on Sat, and brunch with cheese, bread and eggs today. Oops Grin

blueberryboybaitonSafari · 27/03/2011 21:57

Chinese takeaway, bacon sarnie, cake batter, icing licked off fingers, pasta carbonara, lattes by the dozen, almond croissant, yummy buffet food inluding olive and parmesan twists and japaleno and cheese bites, cake and curry (homemade but still)

All the carb I have avoided the last 2 weeks was eaten in the last 48 hours!

BibiBelle · 27/03/2011 22:12

ah BBBB, you're a dedicated mum to sacrafice the carb ban in the name of E's christening

FjorgynAndHotWater · 28/03/2011 11:55
