She's been sick a few times since 5pm and has had to have a pull-up on due to the runs. DH just gone up again as she's coughing and we are gonna run out of clean bedding...

Towels??? why didn't I think of that???? Luckily she wasn't sick in bed again, instead she came in to my room to tell me she was going to be sick then spewed up on the carpet She has been unable to keep anything down though so there wasn't much.

Fjorny sorry to hear dd poorly, i've got my fingers/toes crossed you manage to complete you last 20 tonight

I have done my fat burn dvd, i seem to be sweating more and more everytime Hmm.. hoping to do at least one school run today.. might get dd2 from preschool walking but she is normally so hungry that its easier to throw her in the car Smile

2.5 mile walk doing preschool pickup

So: Exersazz summary:

Monday: 32 lengths,1 hr pilates
Tues: 6k run, 15 mins powerplate
Weds: 1hr circuits
Thurs: 6k run, 6k cycle, 5 mins powerplate

DD sick again after being vomit-free all day and I think the bike must be disturbing her so have packed in after only 5.5. Will add the extra 15 on to April and do 315 Shock

Only actually managed one proper exersazz this week Blush but will do better next week. Going swimming in the morning to start off well anyway.

crsipy and loti as always you are exercise inspirations! Well done and hope the scales appreciate your efforts in the morning.

I am drinking champagne Blush. DH won a big contract today and i am feeling pretty good that i have sorted masses of things out (which had been hanging over mer) in the last week, so nice to celebrate. I shall not use it as an excuse tomorrow morning much Grin

Also off out tomorrow for lunch and dinner with accompanying Wine. So looking forward to undoing all my good works this week

I will be having a heavy weekend too, friends coming round for drinks/snacks tomorrow night, off out for dinner with DH on Saturday then champagne cava and birthday cake on Sunday. Can't wait Grin

Down 1.5 Shock not bad considering the weekend I had Grin Am still way off my target of losing a stone -have lost 8lb since the middle of January but am still v chuffed. Biking is definitely working so need to keep it up!

Have done 40 lengths this morning so feeling good Smile and DD managed not to be sick again after 9pm last night, slept in till 7 and is feeling a bit better today Smile

No exercise yesterday as stuck in Tenpin hell. The worst of it was that i could see my gym from where i was, but no chance of leaving DD1 at the party as it was free for all bedlam parental supervision.

Went to the gym this morning - 5k run, 5 mins powerplate and 45 mins swimming with the DD's/DH. This afternoon DD1 made me do sprints racing up and down the road while she cycled. I stuck my Mapmyrun on my phone and was most pleased to see i had done it for 25 mins, run over a mile and at one point recorded 9.2 mph Shock

Food ok so far, roast chicken for tea
